Not only did they impress me with their excellent application of my tints, they were also by far the most knowledgable and unbiased of any detail shop that I have been to. Their liquid ceramic coating is absolutely amazing. It will keep your car looking freshly waxed for 2+ years. Dirt washes off with hose pressure, road rocks & road debris bounce off the hard shell protecting your paint, glass, and wheels. Rain glides off, water marks wipe away with cloth, water, and a drop of soap if necessary. Check these guys out. Had my car for 5+ hours for driver's window and back windshield...only two windows. Terrible job on the tint. Bubbles galore. My car is ten years old and I don't care enough about it to take a day off work and coordinate a ride for me to bring it back to get fixed. If it was a new car, I'd be pissed. Go elsewhere. EDIT: I see the owner replied but I'm not able to reply back. My car was the first one there and a man started spraying the windows right away but it was still there for 5 hours to tint two windows for some reason. Nothing dried differently, there are still bubbles on my windows. Furthermore, I never spoke to anyone on the phone about this. I didn't bother bc my car is older and I'm just going to move on with my life. Masters Tint should do the same. read more

Went and got tint done in November. Saw bubbles galore. Went back, they redid 3/5 windows. Still see bubbles, and even some dust on the back window. Not 100% satisfied, but I do not have the time to leave my car a third time! Had to reschedule twice, said they would detail it, they did not. I had my windows tinted on my VW Jetta approximately 5 years ago with Masters. They did an awesome job. After I purchased my Accord I wanted to get my windows tinted. I saw the rating on yelp and it made me second guess going here. I asked my friends if they knew a place and 6 of them said Masters on 109 because they went here and boy am I glad I did. They took my car immediately and got it done right away. The quality of the work was great. Now of course there will be bubbles but that's going to happen anywhere you go. They go away in a few days but do take longer if it's cold out, that isn't their fault. So if you're on the fence about where to go, just go here and you won't be disappointed. Wish they had an option for 0 stars. Worst service around. Employees left sheets of film on my roof instead of throwing it out in a garbage and sent my car out like that. Drove away with the film on my roof and blew off and hit the car behind me. The driver of the car was so mad at the film hitting his windshield he damaged my truck by throwing a rock at it. Brought my car a couple of months ago, and I've notices bubble and peeling on the tints. I did all my windows and the front window strip tinted (which is extra) and all of them have bubbles. It is peeling on the back window and two rear windows and on the front window strip, there are a lot of bubbles and they put tint over previous tint It had which the didn't remove, they still left some pieces. Overall I'm not satisfied, and I don't want to go back. I'd rather go somewhere then this place. read more

Got My Mini done here looks super fierce. They were really accommodating and let me know which tints would look best and I got an appointment that day. Everyone in the shop was really nice and knowledgable. It only took a few hours and they had a tv set up with a couch. Theres a great pizza place down the road too. My wife and I got our windows tinted and they look great. I have had them on my vehicle for over a year and there is no bubbling or tearing. My windows auto adjust for tight fit when the door closes so they can be more trouble to put tints on. No problems so far and both cars look good. They also work pretty fast. read more

I got my new GLI done here at the end of summer during one of their specials- the dealership wanted $150 more. The place was a little small and there were still 4 cars in front of me- but it had killer reviews so I wasn't *super* worried. Wish I could give no stars. This place was highly recommended to me by a neighbor and I have never been more disappointed. The owner is so rude, I tried to make appointments and he said "you don't need one just come by in the afternoon anytime!" Did that.. was asked to leave and make an appointment because he was busy and kept getting denied even with an appointment. Then, when my windows finally got done I had to get them redone THREE TIMES to get every window redone because there were bubbles and scratches. Clearly the work was done quickly and nobody took their time to look it over. I do not recommend going here to anyone, not only will you be treated terribly and you will not leave happy. Save your time and go somewhere else. Got my truck tinted here. The first time I got just my front two windows done to match the rear. They took the easy way out and didn't put the tint under the window seal at the bottom of the window. To the point where there was a strip at the bottom of the window that wasn't tinted and you could see outside without tint. 2 weeks later and both windows peeled. Went back explained that I wanted it done the correct way. After a little grumbling they took the door panels off and tinted the windows all the way down so the edge of the tint didn't catch every time I rolled the window down. So what did they screw up the second time? Both windows have debris behind the tints, the one window had a crease in it along with a nick in the tint in the middle of the window, and the edges of the window look like my 10 year old cousin cut them out. Granted they offer a no questions asked warrantee but what is that worth if you do half ask work. Someone should open a tint shop next to this place with a sign that reads "We fix 100$ tint jobs" read more

Stopped in with a few friends to get a quote on ceramic pro coating and was unimpressed with very lax presentation and owner made little effort event though we had several cars lined up to have process done, potentially a 10k sale at minimum. After discussing pricing and disclosing we got better pricing from other dealers owner called rep and filed a complaint against other dealer we spoke to as he was willing to work with us on pricing for five cars. Do not get your tints done here. After reading many positive reviews I decided to have masters window tinting tint all the windows of my brand new bmw. The tints looked good from far, but up close you could see all the little bubbles and small debris trapped under the tint. They re-tinted all my windows and I still had the same issues with most of the windows. I brought the car back a third time and they re-tinted 3 of the windows. I still have small debris and small bubbles in the tint. I refuse to bring my car back to them and at this point the life time warranty is useless because the installers have no idea what they are doing. I'm currently looking for a professional shop to remove the tints I had done at masters window tinting and have my windows tinted properly once and for all. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews you may read about this shop. If you care about the appearance of your car stay far away from masters window tinting. read more
