I had driven by Blues several times & finally one day I stopped there to get some advice. It's a small place but Rob, Bryan & Jefferson are all very nice guys. I set up an appt & Bryan was able to give me a lift home. I planned on leaving my car there for most of the day. At first I was not going to do my interior bc I thought it looked just fine. I take my car to the car wash every couple of weeks & they always vacuum & wipe down inside. However, quite awhile ago, a bottle of Champagne had exploded while packed in the back compartment of my car. I thoroughly cleaned it up or so I thought! Bryan showed me a picture of the back of my second seats. Needless to say, they did do a magnificent job on the interior too! I didn't take a pic bc I was busy that evening & of course the next day, the pollen had already settled all over the exterior. But they did a great job for a fair price!

But one day I was passing by Hicksville and saw this handwashing location. I decided to give it a try. Now I've been to some very reputable handwash places. Blues is definitely one of them. He takes his time and he cares. So I decided to get my car ceramic coated. I did go ask couple of places but none of them gave me the reassurance I was looking for. Keep in mind you don't want to mess this up since it is a semi permanent product. He took care of my car, all the swirls, took his time. He even did my calipers, exhaust tips, wheels. Overall the experience was amazing. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a honest detailer who will put in that effort for your car.

Nate did a good job on our family car, which had pet hair and miscellaneous mess from our 2 toddlers. The carpets and mats looked almost new again. Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. This car was cleaned for 1 hour. Wish a little more time was spent on this one.

He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
