They arrived with a van and had their own water supply (2 man crew). They did an exceptional job, they walked me around my car and showed me what they were able to remove and what they couldn't. My car looked brand new right off the lot. (2018 Land Rover) I have never detailed my car before and I would be a repeat client in the future.

Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. Stay Away - Damaged My Wrapped Car!!…read more I've been coming to this car wash for a while now and always requested a hand wash for my vehicle. However, each time I ask, I'm met with attitude and resistance from Ingrid, the unpleasant woman at the front desk, who tries to pressure me into using the machine wash instead. I explained clearly--again--that I have a wrapped car, which requires delicate hand washing, not automated hand wash. Ingrid insisted the machine had been "updated" and assured me it was safe. Despite my gut telling me otherwise, I let myself be persuaded. Big mistake! Right after my car came out of the machine, I noticed clear circular-motion scratches on the wrap--damage that could only have come from the wash. When I raised the issue, Ingrid immediately called over the owner, who turned out to be even more dismissive and rude. Rather than listening, he got defensive, accusatory, and began belittling me, bragging about washing "more expensive cars" and never getting complaints. I showed him the obvious damage, and instead of acknowledging it, he walked around my car pointing out unrelated imperfections in the wrap. I told him I wasn't asking for money, just that he should stop recommending machine washes for wrapped vehicles. He responded by aggressively rubbing and spraying an area on my wrap that was unrelated to the damage he caused--making the little dent even worse, to the point where there's now a dent and scratches caused by him. To make matters worse, despite paying for a Premium wash, my car was still dirty in several spots. Absolutely unacceptable! This business is a disgrace! The staff are uninformed, unprofessional, and have zero knowledge of how to properly care for wrapped vehicles. The owner's behavior was especially shameful--hostile, condescending, and completely unwilling to take responsibility, and I would add that he only permitted himself to be this disrespectful because he was talking to a women. I'm angry with myself for ignoring my instincts, but I've learned my lesson: I will never return here again, and I urge anyone with a wrapped car or in need of a good clean without damages and being belittled to avoid this place at all costs.

They scratch my brand new car and I called twice left messages for the manager. I waited 1 1/2…read moreweeks in between calls. the manager never even got back to me once after 4 weeks. Terrible car wash that should be avoided at all cost (and it's not cheap) unless you want to have damage/scratches on your vehicle.
