I highly recommend Cannon Collision for their detail service! My 2018 Durango was cruddy from this winters multiple snow storms. Plus I had dog hair from bringing my dog to the vet a few times. Cannon did a great job! My car came out looking like it came off the showroom floor. The nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and super nice! I'll be back for sure. read more

Had my 2011 Toyota Camry detailed on 8/15/2023. Cup holder was dirty. Windows were dirty. Trunk mat was dirty. My car now has a musty smell to it. I paid for a detailing but it was nothing more than a glorified car wash. I'm very disappointed as I have taken my cars here to get detailed before. read more

Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses. Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect. Everything was completed with professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you to Cannon Collision Hicksville. Also thank you Paul for having Joe L in the front office. read more

I came from California and was on a IT consulting project and got into a fender bender with my rental which was a Ford Truck. Even though the person that struck my truck from the rear was going to pay out of pocket, I wanted to be gentle and courteous in regards to this awkward situation. I had visited few autobody shops and then on the way back home, I took my Truck to these guys in Bethpage and BOY OH BOY, are they VERY expensive. I asked them why they were very expensive and from their explanation, it seems that they are better than sliced bread, SMH Do your homework and I really mean that folks!!!! read more

My dad makes fun of me for the "new scratches that have appeared out of nowhere" so needless to say I've brought my car in on multiple occasions. First off, the detailing done here is phenomenal! My dad was even impressed. (For a girl with a baby and a puppy- my car needed a LOT of TLC.) I got it back without a speck of dust. John make sure that the job is perfect and the customer is happy. He knows a safe car is the ONLY car that should be on the road. He keeps in contact in regards to the progress of the work and notifies you as soon as it's done. IF you've had horror stories at collision places not taking care of your car, like I have...(with faulty repair work, a paint job that doesn't match, or a car coming back with an extra 3,000 miles miraculously added into the car. That shouldn't happen to anyone)... then consider coming here. They do it right the first time- and in a fast turn around time. Thus why this is probably the only shop I'd consider bringing my car too. read more

Took my car here after getting dried cement stuck on the paint. From the moment I walked in the employees were very nice and helpful. I spoke with John who made sure my car looked as good as new. They were finished in less then a day and I couldn't have been more thrilled with how the car looked. Would recommend to a friend! read more

I took my Acura MDX in to Cannon Collision of Bethpage for a full interior and exterior detailing. I had a groupon deal. We have a lab retriever and so, needless to say, the car was FULL of his hair---it would rain hair on us every time we sat in the car. Which is why I brought the car to be cleaned in the first place. :))) They did a beyond FANTASTIC job, pretty much all the hair was gone (if that can ever be possible). On top of that, the people who work there are very friendly. I am bringing my other car in (which, thank God, does NOT have dog hair) for a detailing job. 5 ***** stars and thumbs up! read more

John and his crew are great! I've gotten to know him over this past year and recently my car started stalling so I brought it in and they had it diagnosed and fixed within a day. It ended up being a sensor but some other body shops could have easily blamed it on much bigger/more expensive things. John and his team are fair and will give you the "no BS" treatment. I am so appreciative that I am posting this on all of his review sites to spread the word, which is something I don't normally do. read more

Brought my car there to be detailed. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after work. It was immaculate. My cloth seats were stained and cup holders filthy. This car sparkles. The mats are so shiny, my feet slip when I get in and out. Highly recommend! read more

Cannon just detailed my wrangler that has been threw some tough winters and lots of trips out on the beach. The paint shines like new and they even got out grease stain on my tan cloth seat. I didn't even know the Jeep could look this good again!!! They'll have me as a loyal customer from here on out! Thanks again to the crew at Cannon! read more

Not a good experience. Went to the shop for a minor scratch repair. Paid out of pocket and came out with a bigger problem of airbag sensor failure. Cannon collision refused to repair. I showed the problem inside their shop before leaving. Honda said they would charge $1000. I am ripped. read more

I have brought my vehicle in for repairs twice now and both times Cannon Collision went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly and the quality of work that they do is far superior over any other body shop I've ever been to. I've had my car for 6 months and it's managed to get hit twice already and thanks to Cannon you can't even tell. I highly recommend their services and I am forever grateful for the work they provided me with. read more

AVOID this auto body shop at all costs! In November 2018 Bill and his staff at Cannon Collision of Bethpage "fixed" my front head light blinker. They charged me for a new headlight and labor (about $200). Approximately 2 weeks later that same blinker headlight (that he "fixed") no longer worked. I brought it back to Bill at Cannon and he told me the problem MAYBE electrical and that his shop doesn't know how to fix electrical issues. He told me I'd now have to bring my car to someone else's shop to get it looked at and repaired. Obviously this answer didn't sit well with me because I felt like he didn't properly diagnose the problem correctly before I agreed to the $200 repair. On top of that I now had to start over at a different car shop and pay for this repair AGAIN. Since he didn't actually fix the issue I asked for my money back so that I can get the headlight repaired the right way somewhere else. Bill argued with me about not giving me a refund which included irrelevant and very unprofessional/condescending questions, such as what's my age as if I'm a juvenile (I'm 35 by the way). It was very strange. After many minutes of arguing with him about a refund and at this point just wanting to leave [to go to a real auto repair shop] I suggested just charging me for the part (the headlight) but refund what he charged me for the labor - again because he didn't fix it! He again refused and told me to take him to small claims court. All this over less than $100 (what the labor refund would have been). Now I'm back to square one with a broken headlight and down $200. Listen everybody, there's allot of auto body places around do yourself a favor and take your car to one where they back up their work. read more
