And hung up again. Arrived 5 mins later before they said they were closing and they were already closed with no apology or explanation. I would give this business 0 stars if I could . Attendant was rude and refused to honor a courtesy coupon from Nissan because of 5 minutes. After I was in the entrance and my tire was at the rail the attendant said that it ended at 5pm during their shift change and I was made to reverse out after he made the vehicles behind me move so I could get out. Never go here. They have such a lack of work ethic when it comes to doing even a half decent job. I've gone here from time to time over many years just because I wanted to get a quick wash and every time I'm left slightly disappointed but today was the final straw. Went for the night wash which they only do the exterior and the brush flipped my side view mirror forward. Once I got through the tunnel to fix the mirror the entire front of the was was still dirty on the hood and the roof. I brought it back around to ask if they can bring it through again and I was told "Well your car was dirty and you saw me using the brush so if you want to go through again we charge you again". The original owners we better but it's more like a puppy mill for washing cars where they just rush it through and keep moving it along to get cars through. My experiences here are always hit or miss and the inconsistency bugs me. But it's the nearest place and I like the $8car wash after 5pm (exterior only). Sometimes the wait is far too long and they're not quite efficient. The groupon isn't really worth it because it takes way too long and your experience will differ depending on who does the work.
