Dan, the attendant who scanned the coupon, explained that I could only get an exterior wash and that I could self vacuum for $2 extra because they wash only the outside of vehicles. This is a brushless car wash, so I did not need to worry about antenna damage. My antenna was damaged several years ago at a brush car wash, and that was the last time I ever went to one. I've been a customer of the Ultimate Car Wash in Valley Stream and am extremely disappointed with how my concern was handled. After going through the wash, I noticed multiple scratches on my vehicle. I reached out simply to ask whether anything had changed with the brushes inside the car wash because I had never experienced anything like this before. I wasn't looking for compensation. I was asking a question and hoping they would take my concern seriously. Instead, they immediately blamed me. They reviewed their security footage and claimed I caused the scratches by lifting the vacuum hose over my Jeep while vacuuming. I know that's not what happened. I noticed the scratches before I vacuumed and finished cleaning the car because I wanted to see if they would wipe off. Their explanation also doesn't add up. The scratches are concentrated along the passenger side of my hood and windshield frame. If the vacuum hose had actually caused them, the damage would be in completely different areas. I've also used these vacuums many times before without ever leaving a single scratch on my vehicle. What disappointed me the most wasn't that they disagreed with me. It was how quickly they dismissed my concern and blamed the customer instead of taking the time to genuinely investigate what happened. Customer service is about listening and treating customers with respect, even when there is a disagreement. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at the Valley Stream location. Because of the way this was handled, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to others. But the owner claims that because it's an automatic car wash, the equipment will never be able to properly rinse and clean the back surface of an SUV. So I have to ask the question? Are you paying for a car wash or are you paying for 3/4 of a car wash? When you exit the tunnel, there are 4 spots, complete with freshly painted parking space lines, but the owner has them blocked off so you can't dry your car before the water evaporates, leaving water spots. He claims it's an active driveway so he can't allow you to exit your vehicle. He even has a sign saying that. But he can't afford a sign informing you that his carwash does an incomplete job. His solution? You can drive around the corner to exit your vehicle and dry it. I'm sure the residents on that street, having gotten the Town of Hempstead to prohibit parking by non-residents will be thrilled! Watch your monthly renewals too. I paid for his "$10 for the first month" special on July 8. I went in yesterday (August 4) and was told my month was done. It wasn't the owner this time but if it happens again, there will be a problem. He also has an entrance/exit on Jerusalem Avenue which could have been grandfathered in blocked off. If that were utilized it would improve traffic flow, and allow space for people to dry their cars after the wash in the same way they have a space to vacuum before the wash. Searched car wash Ultimate Express came up in Levittown NY off Hempstead Turnpike on side street. Note: remember before to take off at antenna and return after leaving. While a man worker was there, it's All machine operated. Can use credit card. Vacuum for customers BUT is a 2 dollar per swipe use. As car wash is just a run through machine, when leaving there isn't a spot to pull over even to use one's own towel to give a wipe. It's an ok place and maybe membership might be good in winter when you want to be washing off the street salt build up on car. Individual wash8 dollars. read more

Got the basic $20 wash since I found a coupon to get it for free on social media. You can claim one here (https://wlink.live/QNN2WH). You'll get an email with a barcode. Pull up to the right lane (non-members) and scan the code at the terminal. The offer will automatically be applied. Drive up to the beginning of the automated wash, put your car in neutral and take your foot off of the brake. The car wash will take care of the rest. At the end of the wash you'll see a light to tell you when it's ok to leave. Your car will be slightly wet, but it will dry off in a couple of minutes. It is possible to get your car washed without any interaction with the staff. Actually, I think that's what the staff wants. Since I wasn't familiar with the procedure (I usually wash my car myself at home) I did want to ask them if I was lining up my car correctly at the start of the wash. I also wasn't sure if any additional drying/wiping/waxing would be done by the staff after the car exited the automated wash. The staff did assist although they were obviously a bit annoyed. It was close to closing time so that was likely the issue. The automated car wash itself did a good job cleaning and waxing in a short time. The whole experience took about 5 minutes. The car was shiny and streak free. I tipped the guy ahead that came over helped me with the Do it Your Self pay machine .. thinking he would make sure my tires were hit with the soap wand or something.. he said thanks and walked in another direction. No one physically did anything - but point at me to aim my car at the track. Wash was low cost @ $7 but no soap spray or brush of tires rims - No dry wiping of car when out. Lots of things not cleaned for this barebones basic. Would recommend asking for a better wash option. .So for $12 I got to vacuum my own car, the wheels and sides looked like tons of spots missed.. and the Car looks like it was rained on when out When out.. I met the owner which introduced himself I forgot his name he was professional, courteous and respectful. He explained the available packages for the unlimited monthly option he gave me a price breakdown and was not pushy about trying to upgrade to a higher package. Signing up was pretty seamless and required no effort. I also chose to get their highest package for a onetime wash as my car wasn't washed in quite sometime. He was kind enough to give this wash to me complimentary which made my day it's the smaller things that tend to make big impacts. There was no mention of writing a review I just felt it was the least that I could do in return to a kind gesture. I've been using this car wash for about a week now no kidding I've been there almost everyday you're in and out in about 1 minute. You pull up to the members lane if you're a member the license plate reader reads your plate and enter the tunnel dirty and come out clean. This is an automatic car wash there is no hands touching your car/truck. Which is a huge plus it requires no tipping the price you pay for the monthly membership is the price you pay. It's an economical choice if you want your car washed on a regular, it's the best bang for your buck. If you want the finer details done to your vehicle then you should either do it yourself or pay a professional detailer to do it. At the end of the day this is what it is it and will not be perfect. I was a monthly Customer till my car jumped off track and blew out my front tire. They told me I needed a wheel alignment. I've gone through many other car washes since then. No problem. I don't know what's with the bad reviews but i been taking my 2022 pathfinder here since I purchased it and haven't had any issues with sustaining any scratches or damages. My car comes out super clean. The wash does a great job and the price is extremely reasonable. The workers there have been nothing but nice. I much rather this was than all the others in the area especially if your the type of person who doesn't mind maintaining the interior of your vehicle on your own. Levittown location is horrible. Went through the wash. Pushed my mirror in which the worker said happens to every car yet other places doesn't have that happen. Soap all over my car, asked for a towel to get it off and was informed they don't do that, I was expected to bring my own towel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Washville instead. I went to the car wash and got the $10 wash, I was happy, I vacuumed my self. The attendant came over to help me if I needed it at the vacuum station. When I proceeded to the computer drive through, he said, Let me help you, so you don't have to get out of the car. Being that I was pulling up a bit further way from the machine to pay. The guy clicked a monthly subscription of $21.67 that I'm disputing with my bank. The one time I go there for a car wash has turned out to be more money and with out my authorization for a subscription I never asked for.
