Loosing access to your vehicle can be stressful especially if you've been in an accident for the first time. Bobby knows the rights of the insured and works EXTREMELY well with the insurance companies. My insurance carrier covers a rental car. Bobby had the rental at his shop waiting for my wife and infant daughter. I've had 3 of my vehicles into his shop. Unfortunately one was a total loss but Bobby helped us feel at ease through the entire process. My convertible top was vandalized and his team did an EXCELLENT job fitting a new replacement clothe top. It looks just like it came from the dealer! My SUV was damaged in the 2011 hail storm and his team fixed the entire vehicle. The 2004 SUV looks like the day it rolled off the show room floor. My father brought 2 of his vehicles to Advanced Auto. He has to drive 15 miles but won't take his vehicles anywhere else. My coworker brought in her vehicle to Advanced Auto twice.
