I just picked up my car after it had a "groupon detailing" frankly the car was so disgusting (excessive dog hair, food stains and debris) when I dropped it off, I thought for sure I would get a call that they wouldn't do it or at the very least an additional charge. The only call I received was to tell me my car was ready for pickup, and at the time it was promised. True magicians!! The car looked as if it just came out of the showcase. There was not an area in the car that was not immaculate. If you go anywhere else to have your car detailed, you probably are wasting your money. read more

I live in Manhattan, within a quick, easy drive of a half-dozen local body shops, but the recommendation I received for Brookside was so strong, I decided to take the drive out--one hour each way!--for an estimate. Well, once I met Laura and Paul, I knew the drive had been well worth it. Such warm and friendly people who build an immediate sense of trust that your'e going to get great quality work at a very fair price that's completed when promised. And that's exactly the kind of 5-star experience that I had in getting my badly crunched car roof repaired at Brookside Auto. I really could not recommend this shop any more highly. And should I ever need body work again in the future, I will happily take that two hour round trip drive again to have that work done here. Thank you Paul, Laura and all the guys in the shop for such wonderful work and service. read more

Brought two cars there for body work. They were amazing to deal with, professional, and honest. Cars came back looking like new! Can't say enough good things about their quality of work. read more

A minor accident resulted in more damage than I thought. My son had repairs done at Brookside, and I took his strong recommendation. Paul and Laura are easy to deal with, and worked smoothly with my insurance company. My car now looks better than new! Nothing looks as if it has been "fixed", and it is sparkling clean, inside and out. Brookside gets my 5 Star rating for service, value, quality, and professionalism. Thank you! Nancy G. read more

Paul and his team did a great job rebuilding my car that was needlessly totaled by the insurance company and restoring it to full use better than it was before the accident. At pickup I found that they had compounded and waxed the whole car making it look even better in places not even involved in the accident. I highly recommend Brookdale Auto Center. read more

Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer. read more

This review is from an experience I had two years ago. I called to use a Groupon for interior and exterior detail. The man who answered the phone was most surly person I have ever encountered. Though I was put off by his impertinence I did get my car detailed. They did an excellent job but I hope they now have a friendly person answering their phones. read more

I went to Brookeside Auto after my 2012 Mazda was hit by another driver at fault. This was my first accident and I was uninformed. I had spoken to the other guy's insurance and was being strongly encouraged to use certain mechanics. I gave Brookeside a call and they explained everything to me, made me feel more involved in the process, and took care of most of the repair steps saving me a lot of time and aggravation. The team did a great job working with me and keeping me in the loop on the repair progress and timeline. They made the car look good as new. I highly recommend Brookeside Auto! Great job, everyone! Thanks for everything! read more

Excellent work. Recommended by the dealer for Brookside's expertise in the brand, especially for my car's four-stage paint process. Car looks like it came right from the factory. They kept me informed and everything was done as promised and on time. Great job. read more

Everybody at Brookside went over and beyond to help me. Let me start with being a women it is hard to find somewhere to go where you feel comfortable and you don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. From the second I walked in I had no idea what to do, Paul helped me with everything and explained it all step by step from filing my claim, my rent a car and took me to get my rent a car(he also explained to me what to look for so they don't add anything on my bill). After some time I called and spoke to Joanie and explained the insurance company wants me to return the rental, She reached out to the insurance company and handled it, she called me back within 5 minutes and told me don't worry about it she took care of it. Later that day she went out of her way to bring me my car since I was stuck at work and took back my rental for me. My car looks ABOSULETY AMAZING...... Everyone there is amazing Did I mention how Amazing my Car looks like I never had an accident :) read more

Called today to ask about bringing my car in. Politely asked what time are you open until, to which the man replied "2:00 who are you". It was one of the rudest phone calls I've ever had when contacting a business. Needless to say I will not be bringing my vehicle in. read more

I scraped the side of my Grand Cherokee pulling out of my narrow garage. Since it's a lease the dread immediately set in. A trusted friend recommended Brookside after using them for a recent fender bender repair. I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad I did. The repair cost much less than I thought it was going to and was done the next day. The work was flawless, like it never happened. I can't recommend these guys enough. read more
