I had the BEST experience here! Michael was amazing. First of all, he pumped my gas, and then I saw they had a garage, and so I shared with him that I was having an issue with my headlight. This people that works here are horrible, two females in their 40s, one make also in his 40?s and one older make in his 60s. They're very rude and overcharge for their services. Honest businessmen are a dying breed nowadays especially when it comes to the car business, however that is not the case at Charles Schmidt's shop. After having an issue with my car, I was upset and didn't know what to do since I figured I'd be ripped off by someone. I spoke to Chuck and his shop got my car from the lot I had it towed to and took care of everything for me. He really saved me from a big headache and personally made sure my car was good to go after his guys fixed it. He doesn't overcharge and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and was always available for any questions I had. When Rallye swore to me that I had a cracked rim that would require costly replacement I took the car 1 mile away to Schmidt. Now Chuck could have agreed with Rallye Mercedes and simply beat their price to gain my business. But instead he was HONEST. He was TRUTHFUL. There was no damage to the rim at all!!!
