I was referred to him because the carpet in my car had been drenched and still felt (it affected my breathing) and smelled moldy after being professionally cleaned, following a series of drenching rainstorms. It was very important for me to have this done correctly, because I have asthma and I am allergic to dust and mold.Tommy determined that only by replacing the carpet could we be assured that the mold would be removed. He did a great job of removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet at a reasonable price and the carpet was perfect. Six months later, my new carpet, that Tommy had installed, was soaked once again. I bought a wet-dry vacuum and vacuumed the carpet, and as far as I could reach under the carpet, after each soaking rain (at least 3 times for hours). I repeatedly covered the carpets with baking soda and scraped it up, several times. After bringing the car to Lexus for advice, I was advised by the Service Manager that he was 99% certain that the problem was that the drain from the sunroof was clogged. Apparently this car is so poorly designed that the water drains into the car whenever the sunroof drainage line is clogged. Tommy permanently solved the problem by cleaning and rerouting the sunroof drainage line so that it no longer can drain water into the car.He also removed the carpet, dried it out and the insulating foam below it, and then kept it outside of his shop for about a week, until both the carpet and the bottom of the car had completely dried. Then Tommy did a fabulous job of reinstalling the carpet. He also did a phenomenal job of cleaning out the inside of the center console, cleaning and greasing the the dashboard, buttons, knobs, etc , so that the car appears and smells brand new, without using toxic chemicals. He did all this for a reasonable price. It's obvious that he enjoys and takes great pride in his work, which is well deserved. We highly recommend this place.

I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. After going back & forth with the owner, trying to schedule for almost two weeks, I called him yesterday to see if he can detail my car today. He said they could be to my residence between 2-3PM. I agreed that the time would work for me. He called me at 11:10 AM to say that they could be here between 12-12:30PM. I told him to make it 12:30; he agreed. Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!
