My daughter's car was towed them in July 2022. When she went to pay them, because of a mistake on their part they told her they would only do Zelle or accept cash. They wrote her a receipt from a little book and in a couple of months the writing faded. When she went to get a duplicate receipt for insurance purposes, they told her they couldn't give her one, they weren't willing to give her a second one. They then told us we had to go to the police because THEY had all the paperwork. When we went to the police they were baffled as to why we were coming there because they never have that information. The police seem to think that we had been scammed, that someone had pocketed the cash and that was why they were unwilling to give us a duplicate receipt. If you have no choice but to do business with this company, make sure you pay by credit card only. read more

4.7.24 i called my roadside service because i was unable to start my car. towfessional came and mounted my car and took pictures. then the driver said are you going to meet me at the service station? i said you are suppose to drive my car there and leave the key in the drop box. he said i should go and meet him there. i said i never heard of such a thing! my car is dead. how am i suppose to go to the station? he said call an uber. i said i can't go and you are suppose to tow my car to the destination. your company is getting paid to do this. he said if you are not going to go, it is customary to tip the me so i can put it in the parking lot and put your key in the car. i said not to leave my key in the car. put it in the drop box. he would not tow my car unless i gave him a tip. it was early in the morning. i did not have anyone to assist me. i gave him $10.00; that was all i had. the car was taken to destination. i have reported this incident to my insurance company. he scammed me. he took advantage because i am a woman. i would like to see him do this to man who would not put up with his scamming tactic. revised complaint: jesus called me immediately. he told me the driver should not have asked for a tip in order for him to take the car to the station and put keys in drop box. he was very fair, and told me this is a family business for the past 10 years, and they do not practice what occurred. the new driver was only employed for one week. he is no longer with the company due to this incident. the owner was kind enough to reimburse me $20.00 double the amount i paid. he had also told me if i incur a problem in the future to call him and he would make good for it. it's nice to know that there are good people out there who appreciate man kind in this unpredicable and greedy world that we live in. i hope his family business prevails and i wish them the best of luck! hopefully if i break down again, my insurance company will dispatch them to me. read more

When I told the owner Angelo I had the babies in the car he was quick to change calls around and arrived in minutes! Will leave you stranded!!! My car died in the middle of the street blocking a businesses driveway so I called my Roadside and Towfessional is who they dispatched me to. Since they were within 0.8 of a mile from where I got stuck. I informed the rep to let the tow company that I am disabled and if possible to get someone out quickly as I get sick. I reached out to to Towfessional via call and then text and didn't receive A response so I reach out to my roadside and they gave me an updated eta which was now almost 20 minutes later than the first but okay. Did I mention I was literally within less than a mile of their location. Sent another text and still no response. Now it's 30mins after the scheduled arrival and still nothing. So I call back but now I block my number and low and behold he answers. Only to tell me that the roadside re-dispatched me to a different company. So now I contact roadside and they said that what towfessional told me was untrue and that they were going to look for someone else for me now. I now look at the reviews and seems like they have a habit of disregarding contracted by roadside customer. So when I text the tow company back then he claims that they cancelled the tow due to a flat tire. "Now you respond!" Needless to say poor customer service/communication. read more

They picked up the job through my road side assistance but had me waiting for over three hours. When I called to check on ETA, guy said 20 min my tow truck driver will there. 40 min later I call back asking again, this time he said he was down the block. He was so rude, telling me to wait and giving me Attitude when I told him that he said he'd be here 40 min ago, his response "well he's stuck in traffic so you have to wait".... next the driver called me and WELL he wasn't down the block. He was 25 min away on the LIE. About 40 min later he showed up. When the driver did arrive, Collin, was very nice, polite and apologetic... if only their customer service or dispatcher knew how to talk to people. read more

I had a flat tire. I contacted Volkswagen Road Assistance and they arranged for Towfessional to change the tire. They contacted me twice, letting me know when they would arrive. It was not a long wait and the tire was changed very quickly and efficiently. My spare tire was a little low on air and it was filled. As soon as we pulled up he was surveying the car and situation. Being that my car is dropped and lower to the ground. Took the best care of my car. Took his time. Waited overtime and when you call they say "20 minutes" which is absolute BS. Said they would contact the driver but driver never ends up calling. It's just pathetic and sad. I feel like with things like roadside assistance, the performance of customer service is pretty important. I mean the word "assistance" is in the title. However, if you never get the assistance, that pretty much sums up how laughable the situation is. I never got to meet the driver so I can't blame them for this situation. The guy I called, whoever takes calls, I'm assuming is probably the owner needs immense work on customer service. Again this entire situation is pathetic and sad. read more

Vehicles parked and packed in so tight you need oil to slip into your vehicle, if you can get to it. They never call you back and they are aware that the longer they keep your car the more they get paid... Nothing about them is 24 hours and they are a bunch of bullies...,. This place is unprofessional. The owner is combative and does not have real opening or closing hours. They don't ever open. They do work much harder to inconvenience you than to help you or abide by what you should legally get charged for any tow services.
