Once I got to the auto shop, they quickly made me sign papers and said they would notify my insurance of the claim. They held my car in their yard for 7 days after my accident charging storage fee of $500 a day without any justification. They placed 72 hours hold on the car from Monday-Thursday 10/8/2026 saying it was a ESA hold since its a electrical vehicle being a Tesla. I researched everywhere, even called the Malvern Police Station regarding this hold and no one has an idea what the hold this. This body shop held my car hostage so they can rake up storage charge per day. Even with the 72hr hold, they car was supposed to be released on Thursday, when I called them and they would not release it. On Friday morning I called my insurance and Copart the company which was supposed to pick up the car they said the Body shop has yet to provide the charges against the car to be released. I called the body shop, spoke to Chris and Dominque requesting as to why they haven't sent the charges to my insurance first thing they said "the insurance is lying, we already sent it over" which was a lie. I also called Copart and they also said they have not received any charges. Finally, at 1pm they sent over the charges to my insurance which was $6,092 for towing and holding the car for 5 days. How is this amount justified, and I am still waiting for an itemized invoice breakdown of the charges which they never provided. They held my car on purpose till Friday when it was too late for Copart to pick it up and it moved onto the weekend so that additional charges can be made. Finally on Monday 10/12/26 they settled with my insurance for $5,817 how they came up with this amount as today I do not know. I checked other towing companies and storage charges for the maximum fee is $200 per day and towing is $1500. Now this $5,817 is being deducted from my vehicle value for absolutely no reason other than this shop being a scam, greedy and bunch of crooks. In my opinion, these practices deserve a serious investigation by the appropriate authorities.

Tommy did an amazing job on my car for a very reasonable price. He's also a nice guy who's honest…read moreand fair. I was referred to him because the carpet in my car had been drenched and still felt (it affected my breathing) and smelled moldy after being professionally cleaned, following a series of drenching rainstorms. It was very important for me to have this done correctly, because I have asthma and I am allergic to dust and mold.Tommy determined that only by replacing the carpet could we be assured that the mold would be removed. He did a great job of removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet at a reasonable price and the carpet was perfect. Six months later, my new carpet, that Tommy had installed, was soaked once again. I bought a wet-dry vacuum and vacuumed the carpet, and as far as I could reach under the carpet, after each soaking rain (at least 3 times for hours). I repeatedly covered the carpets with baking soda and scraped it up, several times. After bringing the car to Lexus for advice, I was advised by the Service Manager that he was 99% certain that the problem was that the drain from the sunroof was clogged. Apparently this car is so poorly designed that the water drains into the car whenever the sunroof drainage line is clogged. Tommy permanently solved the problem by cleaning and rerouting the sunroof drainage line so that it no longer can drain water into the car.He also removed the carpet, dried it out and the insulating foam below it, and then kept it outside of his shop for about a week, until both the carpet and the bottom of the car had completely dried. Then Tommy did a fabulous job of reinstalling the carpet. He also did a phenomenal job of cleaning out the inside of the center console, cleaning and greasing the the dashboard, buttons, knobs, etc , so that the car appears and smells brand new, without using toxic chemicals. He did all this for a reasonable price. It's obvious that he enjoys and takes great pride in his work, which is well deserved. We highly recommend this place.
