I've brought each of my MASSAPEQUA LEXUS 2010 LS 460; my 2015 BMW X5; my 2016 BMW 750 iL XDrive and now my 2020 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XLE at least once, if not more times to these great bodyshops. (Please note, all of my cars were hit/dinged by other folks!). There's a reason so many dealerships send their scratched/dinged cars here....THEIR WORK IS AWESOME AND TOTALLY METICULOUS!!! Best Body Work Ever!…read more The moment you walk in, Vinny makes you feel at home. He's willing to work with you to get you what you need. He will take care of you like his own family and though you've just met, you'll feel like you're good friends. Geico's sent me to one of their Auto Repair XPress centers. I read terrible reviews so I called Geico and asked if I "had" to fix my car there. Would they get angry and make me feel uncomfortable if I received an estimate and left. Geico told me Yes, most probably. So I just took my car to a regular bodyshop to get estimated by a Geico Rep. My car (Acura TSX) was hit by the Hailstorm in Long Island, there was extensive damage, thousands of dings - some of which were pretty deep. Upon seeing a co-worker/friends Honda S2000 fixed at Impact, I immediately took my car in for a re-estimate. Vinny took care of everything, he had the Geico Rep there to perform a re-estimate and got the $ to fix everything right. He repaired... replaced... and detailed my car, leaving it looking - essentially, brand new! Even old small scuffs and scratches were buffed out. Oh, and the best part is Vinny will work with you, whatever you need - time, work done, pick-up. He'll even try to whittle your rental payment down for you. AND he won't take your car just to have it sit in the lot, he'll call you in when he's ready and have it out when he say's he will. My car took 2 weeks to repair. My co-workers waited an avg of 5-6 weeks for theirs (same work or less). If you ever need any type of bodywork done, go to Impact - you won't regret it. It takes me an hour+ to get there but it's worth every minute. I was always nervous because I had no where to go for Auto Bodywork. Now my mind is at ease and I have a safe place to go. And there's a little gift in your car when you leave - a bottle of touch-up paint, Sweet!

You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

The same day I contacted Best Service Auto and described exactly what I needed they gave me a quote . Later that same day I went to the shop so that the part needed could be ordered. The next day in the late afternoon I was contacted and asked if I could bring my car in that afternoon. I brought my car back and the guys replaced my rear view mirror within an hour. I am truly amazed at the top level of customer service that they proved as well as the reasonable price that I was quoted and paid. I have to thank these guys for working with me so swiftly to replace my mirror.
