I thought they gave me a brand new car:). During Christmas week I got into a small accident. I stopped at the stop sign and the person behind me did not:( It looked like minor damage. I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my "girl" my car:). Juliana M read more

Absolutely amazing establishment! I'm usually wary of body shops and rarely leave reviews but these guys are above the rest, Gabe, Denise, Jimmy the whole crew went above and beyond in taking great care of my 2000 Corvette. I can't recommend them enough, and if you've got a nice car and need some work this is the place, trust me they're 1st, 2nd and 3rd on my list from now on - they're that good! PS: watch out for the "guard" dogs Duffy and Shelly, they're tougher than they look! read more

My pops was pretty sketched out when I brought my Subaru Legacy for an engine check light issue, but when I say they made my car look brand new, like it was fresh off the dealership floor, I mean it. Even driving it felt so light and comfortable. I'm going to bring my Toyota GT86 and see if they can do what the Toyota Dealership couldn't. I have no doubt they can fix any issue whatsoever in any car you bring in for the most reasonable price. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I couldn't recommend a better place to go to. read more

This is the second time I have used them for my 2019 4Runner. The first time was front bumper replacement and they did an excellent job. Paint match was perfect and it looked brand new. This time it was for a broken passenger side quarter glass. In and out in one day, job done very neatly. This requires removing interior trim and at least partially removing the head liner and it looks like they were never in there. I have no reservations recommending them at all. read more

I was recommended to Touch of Class Collision by my sister who recently had a great experience there. Gabe diagnosed there was a problem with my brakes on my Jeep and he was able to fix it the same day. My brakes are now back to perfect. I was charged appropriately. I would HIGHLY recommend a Touch of Class Collision because Gabe is honest, competent and a credit to his profession. Plus the girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful and the office/waiting area is really clean read more

After all these years using body shops, I finally was turned on to the best Long Island has to offer. Gabe, the owner was so helpful it made the experience! Got my car in the time promised and they even detailed it so it looked GREAT! A nice touch, they put a small bottle of touch up paint on the console in the event it would ever be needed....and it will... I will recommend this shop to my friends in their time of need! read more

I highly recommend this place if you're getting any body work done to your vehicle. All the staff are friendly and professional. The owner is one of the sweetest and honest guys you'll ever meet. They added so many little perks and it really made me feel like they took time and care with my car. My car looked better than when I drove it off the sales floor at the dealership. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating!!! I have absolutely 0 complaints. read more

I parked my car underneath the LIRR tracks on a rainy day. When I got into my car, I noticed that there were large white spots all around my car (probably due to a combination of bird droppings and acidity from the rain) that could not be washed away. My friend suggested that I should try to buff it out and, with a quick online check, I found "Touch of Class Collision." Matt was very friendly and clearly explained to me what would be done to fix my car. In less than an hour, those white spots were all gone. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! read more

This place is amazing! Brought my car in for an estimate to get the hood and roof repainted. The owner, Gabe, gave me several suggestions on how it should be done and estimates that were very reasonable compared to other body shops I had been to. The car was ready in the timeframe I was given and my car looks great! The paint matches exactly and the blend into the panels is perfect!! If I should ever need work done in the future, believe me, I would definitely use Touch of Class Collision again!! read more

I was extremely pleased with the work done by the folks at Touch of Class. They were friendly, quick and the price was reasonable. I'd highly recommend them. Well, I'm updating my initial review because unfortunately our other car was hit and needed a repair. I had used them before so I went back. These guys are the best, courteous, fast, reliable and the work is great. Another 5 stars from me. I would not use anyone else. read more

I would highly recommend Touch of Class Collision. They did an excellent job and gave outstanding service and a very reasonable cost.

I've had several encounters with this establishment. Each time, the staff was professional, friendly and overly helpful. There is none of the stereotypical grimy, grungy auto body shop atmosphere here. Just an honest, well-run business that warrants the positive reviews. I highly recommend them! read more

Very professional and the work was excellent and when the repairs were complete they had the car detailed inside and Out Repairs and Body work were great flawless. and car looks and rides like brand new. I highly recommend them read more

A friend of mine recommended Gabe so highly that instead of staying in my neighborhood, I drove 15 minutes further. Trust me, it was so worthwhile and I would recommend them to anyone that needs bodyshop work. From the moment I walked into the shop, Gabe (the owner) and staff answered all my questions, explained the process and all the little details. Of course, I received a Duffy hug. (Duffy is a dog) I drove the rental car back to Touch of Class and I drove out with my car. Touch of Class even took care of returning the rental car for me. Upon seeing my car, it looked almost brand new. Sparkling, pristine and a new car smell to boot. The inside didn't have one spec of dirt, it was detailed in and out. I was truly impressed. Another nice touch, they put a small bottle of touch up paint on the console in the event I needed it. From the beginning of the process to the end, everything was handled with respect, integrity and honesty. I can't say enough good things about them! Happy Holidays read more

Do not judge a book by its cover, I didn't want to go in after pulling up but I'm glad I did. Everyone was professional and courteous! If I'm ever to need any work done on my car again I wouldn't hesitate to use them. read more

Very honest people and looked at my car in a timely manner. I definately would come back.

My 2002 Camry XLE had damage consisting of rust, lots of nicks and scratches, and minor body damage. I went to 3 local collision shops and received quotes that were way out of my economical range. I reluctantly walked into this shop feeling that it would be a waste of time, however I was greeted by, I believe Hank, who was very pleasant and gave me a good quote. I told him I was on a fixed income and just wanted necessary repairs done to eliminate further rust and look decent enough. He talked to Gabe, the owner, and Gabe came over and gave me a great quote. I went in their office and was greeted by Megan, who was very sweet and accommodating, as she handled my paperwork. On my way out I inquired about what I could use to shine up my very dull, nearly brown headlights. I was told not to worry about it. When I picked up my car I could not believe that my car looked so good. The paint matching was excellent and the damage was gone. They painted both my mirrors and a quarter panel, shined my headlights and made them look like new. My car was cleaned, inside and outside, air freshener added, and tires shined. They even gave me some touch up paint. This shop is a hidden secret. They are friendly, appreciate all business, and do QUALITY work. I am a 55 yr. old single woman and I highly recommend this shop. Even their cute dog was friendly. Kudos to this shop. read more

Touch of Class Collision - This is the cute PUPPY at "A Touch of Class". - Auto Repair Near Me - Valley Stream, New York

I would give six stars if I could. Starting out with the personality of the owner and coordinator, they were personable, professional and quick. The entire location is kept immaculate, giving me as a customer a second level of comfort. They keep in touch with you via text message, so any worrying about the rental is eased since you have a good idea of where they are in repairs. I HIGHLY recommend them, and would never imagine I would both posting about a body shop, but I am very very satisfied. read more

As a single woman, after getting advice from my son and son in law, I went to Touch of Class and I'm glad I did. I had a few hits and minor dents in the back bumper that I got when someone hit me and ran and a scrape I did myself. Well, I can honestly say the car looked like it came right off the lot brand new!!! Completely washed inside and out. The car was PERFECT!!! 4 stars because the price went from up from original price when I walked in to went I walked out after the car was done by a significant amount. (Probably taxes; Less than $100). Partly my fault for not asking enough questions. But sometimes it pays to pay a little extra for the professionalism and hospitality. The offered to drive me anywhere after I dropped the car off. All the guys said hello. Coffee ready...Megan called as she said she would the next day and the car was READY ON TIME!!! It was a pleasure to deal with them. Thanks Touch of class!!!! Thanks Gabe!!! read more

Touch of Class is the best! They are very professional, keep you updated on the status of your car and want you to be completely satisfied. I have been here three times in the past 15 years and each time could not be happier with the outcome. Solid work and courteous service at a fair price. I would not hesitate to go back to Touch of Class the next time my car needs body work.

I am so glad to have found this place. They recently did my bumper and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Their price for the service was less than half of what I was originally quoted for by another company in Oceanside area. They did an excellent job and my bumper looks brand new. They were prompt, professional, and great at what they do. I highly, highly reccomend them and will be using them in the future. Thank you Touch of Class Collision! read more

Okay so I am very, very skeptical about car repair shops. I've had a few bad experiences and I really hesitate to bring my car anywhere. I heard about them through family and I am absolutely blown away. Do not bring your car ANYWHERE else but here because I know I won't. The people are so, so, so friendly from the office to the mechanics. They brought me to the rental car place down the road and brought it back for me. My car looked like it was BRAND new...They went above and beyond what needed to be fixed. I felt like I was purchasing a new car and driving it off of the dealer lot. These are the BEST people you will ever find to fix your car. Please, please I URGE you to not go anywhere else...Even if this place is a little far from you it is so worth the trip. Thank you Touch of Class for making my car beautiful and being so kind!!!!!! read more

The best of the best! I wouldn't take my car anywhere but TOUCH OF CLASS COLLISION. I recently needed some bodywork on my Infiniti, as my lease was up and the pre-inspection cost to repair my bumper was $750. I brought my car to Gabe, and the cost of repair was less than half of Infiniti pre-inspection rate. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend the bodyshop for beautiful work and fair prices. read more

]I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that was vandalized on the passenger side. State farm, my insurance company decided to take their time inspecting the vehicle and it turned out they were out of NYS regulation guidelines. I was impressed that the shop defended my rights as a consumer/customer, but was even more impressed with how my vehicle was repaired. The staff at Touch of Class Collision was nothing but 1st class to me. Interacting with Gabe, Matt, and Meghan was easy and convenient. Gabe was nothing but kind and personable as he answered all and any questions I had. Meghan and Matt were informative in keeping me up to date regarding the status of repairs. From Day 1 Gabe & Matt explained to me the repair process and they exceeded those expectations. I got my car back in PRISTINE condition as the interior and exterior was detailed. The paint work matched the rest of the car 100%. I was thoroughly impressed. I continue to utilize their services should I need to, but refer them to friends and family as well. First off i usually don't write reviews, but for this shop i really have to. I bought my Camaro in for front bumper work to Gabe the owner and he gave me a wonderful quote. I usually come here to get little scratches off my car, and he does it for me with no problem. I went to 5 different shops just to get estimates for my front bumper and they all charged triple the amount that Gabe charged me. When i came to pick up the car, it really looked brand new and i couldn't even tell that it had damage before. They waxed and polished the whole car, plus interior when i didn't even ask them to. I will bring all my body work here with no hesitations. The part i love the most is the customer service and honesty. The receptionist that always picks up has very good customer service skills and is very friendly and generous.I took a Uber to pick up my car and they told me i could of just called and somebody would of picked me up lol. best place hands down. read more
