I thought they gave me a brand new car:). During Christmas week I got into a small accident. I stopped at the stop sign and the person behind me did not:( It looked like minor damage. I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. My pops was pretty sketched out when I brought my Subaru Legacy for an engine check light issue, but when I say they made my car look brand new, like it was fresh off the dealership floor, I mean it. Even driving it felt so light and comfortable. I'm going to bring my Toyota GT86 and see if they can do what the Toyota Dealership couldn't. I have no doubt they can fix any issue whatsoever in any car you bring in for the most reasonable price. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is the second time I have used them for my 2019 4Runner. The first time was front bumper replacement and they did an excellent job. Paint match was perfect and it looked brand new. This time it was for a broken passenger side quarter glass. In and out in one day, job done very neatly. This requires removing interior trim and at least partially removing the head liner and it looks like they were never in there. I have no reservations recommending them at all. read more

I parked my car underneath the LIRR tracks on a rainy day. When I got into my car, I noticed that there were large white spots all around my car (probably due to a combination of bird droppings and acidity from the rain) that could not be washed away. My friend suggested that I should try to buff it out and, with a quick online check, I found "Touch of Class Collision." A friend of mine recommended Gabe so highly that instead of staying in my neighborhood, I drove 15 minutes further. Trust me, it was so worthwhile and I would recommend them to anyone that needs bodyshop work. My 2002 Camry XLE had damage consisting of rust, lots of nicks and scratches, and minor body damage. I went to 3 local collision shops and received quotes that were way out of my economical range. I reluctantly walked into this shop feeling that it would be a waste of time, however I was greeted by, I believe Hank, who was very pleasant and gave me a good quote. I told him I was on a fixed income and just wanted necessary repairs done to eliminate further rust and look decent enough. He talked to Gabe, the owner, and Gabe came over and gave me a great quote. I went in their office and was greeted by Megan, who was very sweet and accommodating, as she handled my paperwork. On my way out I inquired about what I could use to shine up my very dull, nearly brown headlights. I was told not to worry about it. When I picked up my car I could not believe that my car looked so good. The paint matching was excellent and the damage was gone. They painted both my mirrors and a quarter panel, shined my headlights and made them look like new. My car was cleaned, inside and outside, air freshener added, and tires shined. They even gave me some touch up paint. This shop is a hidden secret. They are friendly, appreciate all business, and do QUALITY work. I am a 55 yr. old single woman and I highly recommend this shop. I had a few hits and minor dents in the back bumper that I got when someone hit me and ran and a scrape I did myself. I recently needed some bodywork on my Infiniti, as my lease was up and the pre-inspection cost to repair my bumper was $750. I heard about them through family and I am absolutely blown away. Do not bring your car ANYWHERE else but here because I know I won't. First off i usually don't write reviews, but for this shop i really have to. I bought my Camaro in for front bumper work to Gabe the owner and he gave me a wonderful quote. I usually come here to get little scratches off my car, and he does it for me with no problem. I went to 5 different shops just to get estimates for my front bumper and they all charged triple the amount that Gabe charged me. When i came to pick up the car, it really looked brand new and i couldn't even tell that it had damage before.They waxed and polished the whole car, plus interior when i didn't even ask them to.
