They are fast workers and did a great job when I visited on Monday after Queens decided it would be a great idea to cut the concrete around a sharp manhole, puncturing my tire after only having it less than 2 years. I would definitely return here and recommend this place to others. read more

I've been to this establishment several times, and each visit was very pleasing. The service is fast and efficient. The owner (sorry I forgot his name) was very helpful and professional. Fair automotive repair pricing. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

Last year I went to my car's dealership for a brake quote which they gave me and said they should it should be done soon. I left and went to Wonderama for a quote. Not only was it more than $500 cheaper, they said the job could wait. I checked periodically, and 3 months later I finally had my front and back brakes replaced at a great price. Today, (Monday morning), I woke up to my car headlights being on and could not turn them off. I attempted to get the car into my dealership (8:30 call to service department, left message and then drove over to dealership at 10:15) but they were so busy and could not give me an appointment until Thursday morning. I drove over to Wonderama. I didn't have to wait too long. They got the lights off and ordered a part which they should have tomorrow to fix the problem. Ed, the owner is delightful to work with as are his employees who are all knowledgeable and kind. Make sure you check this place out for all your car service needs. I don't expect to be using my car's dealership for any more repairs read more

I am a loyal fan. They do a great job at very reasonable prices. They are also very reliable - car is done by the time they say it will be done. Haven't serviced at a dealership in decades. Good people delivering a fair value.... read more

Where do I even start. It only is this shop as reputable and legit as all the prior reviews state. Edward who runs the shop is one of the best I've met in the automotive industry. Not only is he committed to making sure your work gets done, he ensures you were happy and taken care of. I came in to do rotation, balance, alignment and to spot check oil underneath the car and under short notice he made sure to get it all done same day. The prices are outstanding for the type of quality work they're providing and going here for tire and wheel related issues will make you wish you found out about them sooner. read more

So I went here straight after Church ... literally less than 15 mins before closing time on a Sunday and they were nice enough to still check my car. I waited less than 10 mins because the TPS light came on and any lights gives me a panic I know NOTHING about cars sadly. So turns out due to the heat the air in my tires were off ... something like that (pls remember I know next to nothing about cars?! I spoke to Mark and he explained what was wrong (not that I remember) AND he fixed it and he didn't charge me anything. Next time you go ... ask for Mark! Class act guy read more

They provided THE BEST customer service, they're friendly, quick, professional and thorough. The mechanic even wiped down my steering wheel and gear shift after touching them. This place was great! My fiancé has been here before and recommended me. We first heard about them from the street fair in Valley Stream (I have a shirt with their logo). I came in and they got me in and out quickly! Edward and Mark were great to get me in and out same day. Mark showed me my tire and explained how others need to be changed soon but not necessary today which is good when you're on a budget. They did what they needed to do and were very kind and quick. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to friends. Thanks so much ! read more

Wonderful service! My family and I have been going to them for years. We were recommended by a family friend and have been going ever since. They are the most reliable place to have your car repaired. The mechanics get the job done quickly and give a call when done. When there's something wrong with my car, they would show me what needs to be fixed and explain why. Ed is extremely honest and fair with his pricing. He doesn't just make up some BS and say this, that, and the third needs to be done. He gives recommendations if parts should be fixed in the near future but doesn't force it on you if it isn't necessary to do yet. There's no better place. I seriously recommend everyone go here. read more

Took my Mercedes Truck in to get the brakes done. Ed was great and took good care of me. Having breaks done on a Mercedes can be costly due to having to change the sensors and so on, and it felt good not to get robbed like other places do just because you have a luxury car. I started taking my car here about 4 years ago when I started dating a guy who's entire family religiously took all their cars to Wond A Rama. About a year ago I moved to Brooklyn and I still make the drive out to Wond A Rama for every car maintenance need. This place is truly unbeatable. I would give 1000 stars if I could. read more

I'm guessing most of these reviews are FAKE or these people are somehow related to/friends of these mechanics, which prevented these reviewers from being lied to in the same manner that I was. I am a 21 year old woman (easy target) who visited this place my first time for a simple oil change out of convenience. Big mistake. They overcharged me for that and proceeded to LIE to me and tell me I had "completely GONE break pads". Mind you that I take impeccable care of my car, which is fairly new and has just passed inspection a few weeks ago with flying colors. I brought the car to my reputable mechanic who has serviced my family for over 20 years immediately who clearly DISPLAYED to me with a flashlight that my break pads were completely FINE and would NOT need to be changed for some time. Complete scam artists!!!! I am sure this review will get removed, but avoid them at all costs. Also, the mechanic saw my tire with the wheel cover removed (to further inspect these allegedly worn down break pads), thought it was a donut tire and tried to convince me to buy their tires. What mechanic can't tell the difference between a donut and stock tires??? Need I say more. read more

I LOVEEE coming here. These guys make me feel welcome, they answer any silly questions I may have and always reassure me. They always give me a breakdown of what they did. I really do appreciate that they take the time to explain to me what was going on and how they fixed it. Been coming here for oil changes, wheel alignments and just overall just checking if anythings wrong. Keep it up!' read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. we own a few oil changes, the closest is in elmont. we do not service tires so we send customers out, at least 2 customers a week. i used to send my customers to mavis. they kept saying they'll give a great price but they were giving regular retail price, highly inflated prices. i sent a customer here with a bmw 5 series runflat tire in november. these guys were 100$ cheaper than mavis. so i just brought my personal car here. needed a pirelli runflat. first of all like an idiot i left my wheel lock at home. the guys here are brilliant and managed to get it off. the owner welcomed me on the phone and the manager in the office, mark, was very very professional and courteous and humble. they happily took me in last minute right before closing which is highly commendable. the place is a throwback, looks like they've been in business for over 50 years which is a GOOD thing they know what they're doing. was in and out in 30 mins w a brand new tire, 40$ cheaper than mavis's price. will send all my customers from my shop here and will leave their cards in my office. read more

Was shopping around for prices after I got a flat from wood somehow getting lodged in my tire. I came across this place after looking on Google and decided to give them a call.
