I brought in my car for inspection because I live two blocks away (I'm a woman so he probably felt he could pull a fast one). He then called me to tell me my car failed inspection because the rotors and pads were completely worn which was BS because I had recently brought the car to my regular service provider who mentioned they were in the yellow zone but didn't need to be changed for a while. I declined the brake service at Nick's and when I got there, he had removed my old inspection sticker and had an invoice ready for the brakes and inspection - $750! I guess he wanted to make it difficult for me to drive away forcing me to pay him to do the brake work. He was very arrogant and rude. Luckily, I was able to bring the car to my regular service provider to perform the inspection who also confirmed the car shouldn't have failed inspection due to brakes.
