i went to get my muffler changed and they also did an inspection .After leaving the premises i noticed my windscreen with a stone chip .I didn't go to the shop with the chip.As i drove a few blocks in slow traffic, I called back the shop and told them they broke my wind screen they said come back without denying it .To my surprise they try to convince me it was a stone did it .The manager brought out some mixture and applied it to the chip .It was a piece of metal from a grinding machine .A word of advice do a video on your vehicle before leaving it at a repair shop .now i am stuck with buying a replacement. read more

I have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata that was making some loud noises and my inspection is up this month. I was afraid that I was going to have to pay a fortune to fix the exhaust system. A friend of mine that has a lot of classic cars takes his cars for muffler and exhaust work over at American muffler. He suggested when it came time for me to get exhaust work on my classic 1968 barracuda to check them out , A couple months prior I had purchased my own original style mufflers for the car and needed them installed. I called and spoke to a guy named Phil who told me to bring the car in and it wouldn't be a problem he will take care of it. I arrived and within a half hour they got my car in removed and replaced the mufflers and the clamps and welded the pipes and fitted them perfectly to my new mufflers. I was charged $160 which I thought was a more than fair price. they fussed over the car and made sure everything lined up as to the exhaust tips and so the pipes were aligned correctly, it was very apparent that they were completely professional at doing this kind of work. I walked in and advised the guy of my exhaust issue.. believe he's the owner tall older guy with white hair..I told him what I needed he asked me who sent me ? Which I thought was weird.. I can only speak about the muffler work because it's the only work I've ever had done. They fix your problem the way you would do it if you were fixing it yourself. What do I mean by that ? Before I started going here I would go to Midas for muffler work. Not one time did Midas ever say I needed anything less than an entire muffler system. These guys will cut out the hole (if it's in the pipe) and weld a new piece in. This saves you money and makes you want to go back the next time. read more

I bought my car here after being referred by my mechanic. I needed to have the flex pipe replaced. Upon arrival I was greeted by a condescending older white male, and the mechanic that inspected the car was no better. He was rude, and insisted the motor mounts needed replacement before flex pipe could even be fixed. I went back to my mechanic, who confirmed nothing was wrong with motor mounts. It sounded like a race car and when I looked underneath, I could clearly see that the pipe had rotted out right after the cat and the bolts were rotted out too. My mom swears by this place but I don't trust them. My battery recently died and we brought it in to get replaced. The radio was working just fine when we bought it in. After they replaced the battery, the radio has had no power. I know it's an easy fix but I really don't have the time to get this fixed now.
