Great service and Excellent work by professionals. I took my Chevy because it had starting troubles and the dealership ripped me off saying it was an electrical problem and they had fixed it. But the problem continued for 3 years. Car became totally unreliable and would get stuck in spots and after many tries it would just start up without any issues. Batteries were replaced and many mechanics charged me saying they fixed the problem. I called many car electric places and all turned me down. Some refused to see the vehicle because of the age. I take care of my vehicles very well. Finally after giving up all hope I took the car to this mechanic. Immediately he kind of figured out the issue and found out the source of the problem that was plaguing my car for 3 years. He replaced the starter and cleaned all battery contacts and tightened them. All other checks were done and original ACDELCO parts were put as replacement. The car started like new! I was so shocked and was very happy. I am from Pennsylvania, I went to Alex at Auto PHD...after having my Ford F150 to 2 dealers and 4 Ford techs ... my friend who has known Alex and said there is 1 shop that can fix this... so I followed his advice and I followed him straight to Alex's shop...WHICH IS GORGEOUS, I grew up in the Parts Business and owned 2 Napa Auto Parts Stores, let's just say I would die or a customer such as Alex...Knowledgeable is an understatement... The best mechanics I have EVER dealt with! If you live within 100 miles of this place, I would recommend that you use it. It's been our family's place since the early 80's when Manny still owned the shop. Manny was the best, and he taught his skills to Alex and Jose who are fantastic. The guys are friendly (friendlier once you get to know them :)) they diagnose the problem and get it done fast for a very reasonable price, every time. Most importantly, they are completely honest. They will never suggest to do work you don't need, and never overcharge. They want repeat customers, and it works. I will never use another mechanic and hope they stay in business forever. You can leave the car with them all day and pick it up at the end of the day, but I would highly recommend that you bring the car in EARLY at around 8 AM so you are first in line, because they sometimes get backed up, especially in the summer and holiday time. read more

This is the top auto repair shop with expertise on electrical mechanical or any other car issues besides they don't overcharge you. I have a 2008 Toyota Rav4 and the dealers were asking $1500 to repair my wireless key. They were saying it was the ECU computer and other outside mechanics didn't even know what the problem was.
