Went there, met the gentleman who is also the owner and head mechanic. Fantastic customer service so I didnt mind the wait (he apologized for it as well). They were waiting for me when I arrived and were so kind and helpful. Right away figured out there was a nail in tire that I couldn't see, and repaired it quickly at a very reasonable price. I wrote a detailed work order/plan, including a request for photos of the differential magnet, pan and gears for present condition reference (and this was done without any issue). The jobs were completed neatly, within estimated times (based on book times which I had read prior to bringing my 2013 GMC Savana van in). The price was well within normal expectations, both for the time and for the local area. I confirmed the work afterwards by examining the brake and power steering fluids, noting the work area under my hood clean and neat around the fluid storage sections. I also noted that, without asking, they filled my windshield washer fluid. Nice touch. :) I was promptly called when the job was finished and found my van doors locked when arriving, believe it or not something that too many stations fail to do. I was pleased with the work and feel lucky to have such a professional service station so close to my home.
