North Shore auto collision is the number one collision specialist on the East Coast! Bmw recommended them because they are a specialist for Bmw and Audi cars. I had my car detailed and repaired there and so did my friend who has a BMW X5M60i Who recently had an accident. Dominick is awesome and so is the entire team! The work was done in a timely manner, and the car came out better than showroom new! If you're in the area and even if you're not, this is the place to go to! read more

Left in a daze from a blindsided accident, it was so hard to think clearly. My car was being towed to a random place, but I knew I had find a place that was reliable. I read reviews on several good places but concluded in my heart, North Shore Auto Collision was the place to transfer my car to. Though this process was so new and left me vulnerable, North Shore Auto Collision was my reliable, friendly, and trustworthy anchor -from beginning to end. I didn't know what to make sure to ask for - but it didn't matter. They already had the highest standard and goal in mind. The final work left my car looking better than new. Excellent work! Great service! Highly Recommended! North Shore Auto Collision is a family-run (David, Victoria, Alex and Nicole) business that does high quality repair work. They will open a claim with your auto insurance company for you and arrange for a car rental if needed. I first brought my car some needed body work on 10/05/2023 and was very satisfied with the quality of work and service so I brought my car back again on 08/09/2025 after someone side-swiped by car in a parking lot while I was in the store. Repair work generally takes about two (2) weeks. After body work and painting is completed, a full-service Auto Detailing is performed, and your car will look like new. read more

Without a doubt the best HAND CAR WASH ever. I was struggling to find a great place for my Blue Mercedes G63 AMG 6d to get washed but it was quite difficult. My truck has ceramic coating on it & can only be done by hand. NSAC is truly the BEST EVER. Inny is the sweetest to deal with & Alex is on top of everything all the time. They go above & beyond to make things go smoothly. I purchased a package from them...buy 4 get 1 free. No brainer for sure. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Oh also they are more than fair with the pricing. PERFECTION EVERY TIME read more

Amazing work. My car had paint damage on 2 panels. Alex walked me through my options and explained the costs. He called and sent videos of the progress and re-confirmed what I wanted done. They fixed the damage and matched the factory metallic paint exactly! The best part was it only took them 3 days. 110% satisfied with their work and highly recommend. read more

North Shore Auto Collision is the best! They deserve 10 stars out of 5, that's how good they are. Alex and the rest of the crew were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process, which included dealing with my insurance company, completely repairing my car, and even detailing every inch of the car (interior + exterior + engine!) for free before I picked it up. My car needed a whole new front bumper as well as needing the rear bumper to be repaired, too. Now my 2017 car literally looks and feels brand new. I was really blown away by their level of service as well as their character. This is the place to go when you need to get your car repaired and when you need it washed or detailed! read more

6/5 Stars if I could. Came here to get some paint work and fixes done to my bumper and first off I gotta say that Dave and Victoria (shop owners) are absolutely fantastic people. Very family-oriented while maintaining professional energy. Promised me 1 thing and that was a smile when I left and thats exactly what I did. Very pleasant conversation about exactly what I wanted and they quoted me a great price & also a great time frame. Everything was ready by the time we agreed and my car came out looking more pristine than when I first bought it. Best paint work i've ever seen and will 100% be returning here for any car needs as well as recommending to family & friends! they also do any kind of fender bender fixes much better/cheaper than going through insurance. Definitely check this place out if your from the neighborhood. They also had polished and cleaned the car before I received it. Amazing! read more

My significant other thought I acquired a new vehicle from our Mercedes' dealership after our vehicle was engaged in a major accident. Well, in actuality, North Shore Auto Collision worked on our tangled mess and in a relatively short time, presented to us our vehicle in showroom condition. Additionally, Inny, Alex and owners Dave and Victoria deftly handled all aspects of dealing with our insurance company and rental group - this truly made our experience with them stress free. Don't bother shopping around - this outfit is truly head and shoulders above the competition. read more

Eddie is the absolute best!! This is the second time that someone has hit my car and of course it looks brand new thanks to Eddie. He is one of the most genuine and caring human beings that I have ever met. When it comes to being a female and dealing with the automobile industry it's always hard not to be taken advantage of. Eddie feels like Family and I trust him completely. I am so grateful to have met him a few years ago! Thank you again, Eddie! read more

Excellence, Efficiency, Positive Energy, and Female Friendly! I feel extremely fortunate to have found North Shore Auto Collision! I hit my new car hard on the side on a concrete barrier in my doctor's parking lot. I was devastated. Alex, took his time to go over everything and assured me that they could restore my car back to new within a reasonable amount of time. I am here to say that that is exactly what happened. I was first greeted by Nicole who immediately put me at ease. She brought me to their bright and appealing waiting room with comfortable seats! and refreshments. Alex came over and discussed what he saw the car was going to need. Later that afternoon, I received the written estimate through email. I was impressed at how thorough, clear and similar the written estimate was to what we had discussed earlier. There were no surprises. I gave the go ahead. They were able to fix my car without one sign anything had happened, on time, and they cleaned my car to boot! The communication with this family owned collision shop was so very easy and comfortable. Nicole, David, and Victoria kept me in touch with the progress of my car throughout the repair. This was great. While the news wasn't great to hear about what my car needed to be brought back to new, I highly appreciated the team's thoroughness, timeliness, and the absolutely terrific care both my car and I received at North Shore Auto Collision. This is not your typical review. Which is why I think it's probably one of the most sincere and fairest that you will read. First, I have to say how wonderful Victoria and David are. They are just genuinely good people that you honestly want to be friends with and go out to dinner with. They are proof that hard work, dedication, professionalism, loyalty and attention to detail really do pay off. So, this review is about the work they did on a ride-on toy BMW X6 that we bought as a Christmas/birthday gift for our 2 year old daughter who is born on Christmas Day. We were so excited to purchase this car as our daughter's big gift and were even more excited when it finally arrived. Unfortunately, shipping hadn't been kind to it and when we opened the box we found a huge crack on the main body of the car, right by the passenger side rear wheel. After consulting with the store where we purchased it, everyone agreed that the best course of action if we wanted our daughter to get the gift in time for Christmas was to find a body shop willing to repair it. That's where North Shore comes in. From the moment I called sheepishly explaining the situation, Victoria was the kindest and super empathetic to our situation and didn't make me feel crazy for calling about a toy, lol. I was able to bring the car in the next day and both David and Victoria could not have been nicer or better about assessing it and assuring me that they could fix it. They even promised to finish it before Christmas (this was 2 weeks before Christmas). A big issue was getting an exact paint match, which for numerous reasons was not available from the manufacturing company. However, North Shore did not disappoint and matched it exactly which I know was no easy feat. I was able to pick up the car, which was perfect on Christmas Eve just like promised, and my daughter's Christmas/birthday was saved. All thanks to Victoria and David and the team at North Shore. What I love about them so much is that they treated this toy car like any other real "job" and gave it the same attention and detail. Truly one of a kind! I cannot say enough good things about them and the job they did. Don't think twice about leaving your vehicle with this team. They are AMAZING! read more

My 2018 Dodge Durango didn't look right. The Durango had a nasty scrape in the Passenger Door, smaller scratches throughout and dull looking paint. I thoroughly researched options and Bodyshop's. I was interested in reasonable priced 'one-stop' shop to manage everything as I decided to add a full 'paint correction' with a Nano Coating and Window Tinting. Having driven past North Shore Auto for 20 years, I stopped in to see what they offer. Alex (Manager) was very professional in explaining the different options/cost, each stage and answering my questions. After several conversations, we decided on a Respray for the Passenger Door, Full Vehicle Decontamination, Compounding, Clear Coat Gloss Sealant and Nano Coating. In addition, they replaced some trim, managed Front Driver/Passenger Tint, Tail & Head light Tint. The Durango is a big vehicle, so the process took about 10 days. From Day One I was very comfortable and had good lines of communication with Alex who regularly provided me with updates. I also had several good conversations with Dave, the owner of North Shore. As Car guys, it quickly became apparent that they care about cars and understand their Customers. The end result: a fantastic looking, head turning Durango, with every single item successfully completed within the boundaries of their Quote and my budget. My Durango has never looked better; the color truly 'pops' and I am really pleased with the result! North Shore did an incredible job. Very talented and highly Professional. I would highly recommend. read more

My 2019 Honda Pilot was hit by a driver that went through a red light and drove straight into me! Thankfully nobody was hurt, but my car took significant damage to the front passenger side. The damage was covered by insurance, but David and his team went above and beyond what was required by the insurance plan. First of all, the repair work itself is impeccable - car looks like new! But they thoroughly cleaned the inside of the car as well, which was not even part of the insurance claim. It was also not easy, since we have a dog that sheds a lot! For the last couple of years, I have been delighted with their work on my cute little Romanian Dacia - they keep her looking like new as well! Thank you, David, Victoria, and the crew at North Shore Auto! read more

Was involved in a hit and run accident. Took my car to North Shore Auto Collision after reviewing their business page. It was pleasantly surprised at their customer service and attention to detail. Dave and Victoria treated me like a king. They go out of their way to ensure that you are taken care of. Victoria helped me reach out to a car rental company and Dave went over the damages and coverage. Everything was top notch. A few weeks after my car was ready, and looking better than ever. They washed and waxed the entire car before I picked it up and made sure I was happy with the work before I left the parking lot. A few hours later they called to make sure that I was happy with their work. They were amazing! Best customer service and work that I have ever received. They earned my money and a life long customer. Thank you guys!! read more

I was selling a 2003 car and was searching for a car wash that did things properly. By chance, I stumbled upon North Shore Auto Collision after reading their glowing reviews. The reviews were spot-on because my experience with NSAC was seamless from start to finish. Inny and Alex were wonderful and took the time to advise and explain what was needed to revamp the car. And my car needed a ton of work since the only wash it got for the past decade was when it rained. Inny was highly organized and accommodating to my situation since I didn't live nearby. Alex initially said he'd do some "minor detailing", but he went above and beyond. When I picked up the car it was glistening. They even cleaned the engine! Alex and the team's attention to detail were unlike any other. The entire NSAC team pour their hearts and energy into their craft and it shows. Highly recommend this business- they're honest and straightforward. This place is top-notch. They did such an excellent job with the car that I was able to sell it immediately at the price I wanted. So grateful to Inny, Alex, and the entire NSAC team for their help. read more

- Friendly Service - Questions Answered - Impeccable job completion - My go to auto body - Goes above and beyond So I came to North Shore Auto Collision after my car go into an accident. My car was parked in the city. I went into my shop to unload some stuff out of my car. Two minutes later, a Uber driver tried to park in the spot in front of my Tesla, misjudge his space and scraped my bumper and wheel well. For those that never got into an accident with NYC Taxi's or Uber/Lyft drivers, they all have the same insurance company. This was already a red flag for me. The owner of the car that hit me wanted to pay me $50 for the scratches. Anyways this insurance company is hard to deal with and just a ton of headaches. It took me more than a month at the end to get my car fixed. North Shore helped me a lot. I went to them the day of the accident to get an idea of the cost if I were to fix it myself cash since I told the guy I will let him know the cost is he wanted to do it under the table. He didn't even play with the idea, the highest he was going to pay me was $100. Are you serious?!?!. So I went the insurance route. I filed a police report and told the insurance company what happened. I let North Shore know and they started to coordinate with the insurance company for me. Long story short, Victoria fought long and hard with the company to do the right thing. Get me in a rental before trying to get my car opened up for estimates. The insurance company did that. But then it took them almost a week to get a check. Victoria had to call the insurance company again just to get them to rush the check. The insurance company then tried to back out of my rental car reimbursement saying that they are only willing to pay $28/day and only for the duration the car being fixed. Again, Victoria and David and to talk to the insurance company. So yeah, North Shore Auto Collision went above and beyond to get my car fixed without me eating in cost for an Uber drivers mistakes. They called the insurance company, help me get into a nice rental while my car was in the shop. I highly recommend North Shore Auto Collision for anyone that needs their car fixed. They did a really good job fixing it and they were really friendly and informative on how to get my car fixed. They know what they are doing and they have being doing it for years. They offer a fair price to get your car fixed and will try to help you the best they can! Also their car wash/detail jobs are great as well! read more

Excellent work. Great communication and helps deal with the car insurance company. Car looks brand new!

I purchased a pre-owned 2010 White Toyota Camry, of which body was in great condition, but for 15 years the exterior finish was not maintained, mostly chalky. The car, after spending a day with them, came out showroom ready! Unbelievable! Detailing your car here is not a 2 hour service, it's all day care. The INSIDE of the door handles outside the car were polished! The front headlights crystal. Believe the reviews. I'll be there every 6 months to maintain the luster they restored. read more

We had to change a windshield with a crack. They did a great job. Very professional, highly recommended

Victoria and David, the owners, are in an auto body league of their own. They are extremely professional, old school, meticulous, super attentive, and so caring of their customers' needs. Bringing in my Civic was the best decision I could of made. Going solely on reviews doesn't do this business justice. For all your car needs don't hesitate to stop by. Last summer, we found ourselves in a predicament where our brand new sports car with less than 500 miles got sandwiched between two SUVs. To say we were devastated would be an understatement. They truly care about their business and customers, and provide high quality service; we felt reassured that we would receive our vehicle back in factory condition, and we did. read more

After someone hit my car a couple of weeks back, I took it to North Shore Auto Collision. From the initial phone call, to when they gave me back the car, the entire process was seamless. After incurring significant damage to both doors on my driver's side from what appeared to have been made by a shopping cart, I obtained three estimates for the repair work. I am thrilled to report that North Shore Auto Collision exceeded my expectations. The work was done with a great level of expertise. I had a really great experience here. They fixed my car perfectly and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

I brought my Tesla Model 3 into North Shore Auto after a minor fender bender. Anyone who has a Tesla knows that it's a car that becomes part of the family and that it so packed with electronics that you have to be careful about who you trust to do work on it. So needless to say, even though I knew North Shore Auto was Tesla Certified, I was still nervous about leaving my car with them for the body work. Fast forward two weeks later, I have my car back and it's as good as new. They did an amazing job, were great at communicating progress and anticipated time of completion to manage my expectations. They also helped get me back and forth to a local rental car company as well which made things easier. I highly recommend this shop, and I dealt with Eddie in particular, who was always good enough to sound happy when I called (even though I'm sure I was annoying calling every 3 days or so for a progress update), and he was responsive to my concerns from beginning to end. read more

This is so overdue, but I had to take my time to write this one out. I don't leave reviews. Ever. But this place deserves one!! What can I say? David and Victoria are hands down the most down to earth, genuine human beings ever!! I've had many people tell me that a lot of car repair shops/dealerships will try to rip you off, especially if you're a female and you look like you don't know anything about cars. So when I got rear-ended by someone and needed to find someone to fix it, I started to panic a little. Granted I knew it was going to be covered by the other party's insurance, I still didn't know what I was getting myself into. I started to read reviews online of the nearby places, even considering going deep into Long Island, and this place stood out to me because I saw it was a husband/wife duo running the place. The fact that the wife played a big role seemed more warm and welcoming to me. I quickly called to see if this was the place for me and Victoria explained EVERYTHING in a way that was easy to understand. When I was younger, my dad was my go to for car stuff. Now that I'm in a different state, Victoria is my car mama. She took care of me from start to finish; getting me a loaner to meet me at the car place when dropping off my car, dealing with the insurance company for me to help expedite things, and keeping me in the loop via text with all updates. Ladies, if you need your car fixed up, GO HERE!!! Guys too lol. They will take care of you like family And if you need your car cleaned and detailed, holy moly they make your car look almost brand spankin' new. I took my Subaru to the dealership to get engine stuff checked out and even they commented how good the car looked for its age. Anyway, just go here. You won't regret it!!!! read more
