They told me I should bring my car to the dealership service because it was covered by a warranty. They also called the service office and told them to expect my car to drop off for the repair they had already diagnosed. They spoke to the foreman at the dealership. All of this service was gratis. They did a superb job on my Honda's side bumper! Granted it took a week. But hey, they need to take their time and do it right! The price is a bit on the steep. But, if you want things working again. Couldn't leave a more positive review for this establishment. I had a pretty nasty ding, a broken headlight and several scratches on my brand new Honda Accord. They took me right in and submitted the estimate to my insurance the same day. It was approved the following day and they started work immediately. They kept my car for 3 weeks and when I got it back I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. They also painted over a few minor scratches unrelated to the original work needed. I brought my car in here a few weeks ago for some body work and replaced front two struts and all I could say is wow..... The results were absolutely stunning. If you're reading my previous review, for the record, this is for another car. I had similar things done. I had the rear bumper and tailgate spoiler repainted and it looked amazing. I also had some dents right above my windshield fixed and I can't even tell there was even a dent there in the first place. Top to bottom, I've never seen my car this clean before. After the struts replaced and wheel alignment completed, the car rode like a champ. I couldn't be any happier with the results despite waiting over a week for it. The detail work they do here puts many other car wash/detail shops to total shame! If there is one word to sum up the outcome of my car, all I could say it's "PRISTINE". Quality work done by Petrone Auto. Took my truck in to have rust repairs fixed and also a fix a rear window leak. This is a busy shop. The vehicles they work on are all high end ones. It took a while before they got to my truck, but the end result was worth it. No unnecessary work was done and the truck was shining like new when they finished. See the shop floor, its cleaned everyday. After 7 years, the rear window no longer leaks and the rust bubbles have been fixed. Great job guys. The repairs were done last September 2016.
