I had my leaking exhaust repaired at a nearby gas station service center because it might not pass…read moreinspection. After the repair, the car sounded like a loud sports car. At first, I thought it was normal, but over the next eight months, the noise became worse. Eventually, the exhaust started dangling. I returned to the same service center several times, but they only provided temporary fixes and made excuses. Thankfully, I found King Muffler. I called and stopped by the next day, and Jose quickly assessed the problem: the flex pipe was broken and the catalytic converter was missing. I asked Jose to proceed with the repair, and amazingly, everything was finished in less than 30 minutes. We even had breakfast nearby while waiting. When we returned, the car sounded as good as new! I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and highly recommend King Muffler for their fast, honest, and excellent service. I'm like fine maybe he had a bad day Took the tire off to check and came back said nothing wrong I'm like okay can you add the tire pressure because is not showing correctly and he told he did. So I'm like fine give had some tip for the work and guess what it's not enough! Just for check and add the pressure he was demanding $10 didn't patch or anything just add the tire pressure I'm fine start the car and it's still showing low pressure so I ask him again if he add the pressure because is still showing low pressure and he said he did. So I told him then why is still not showing the correct pressure! You know what he told me that's not my problem it's your car! You know your car! You damn right I know my car and it's telling me low pressuring I have to demand him to add the tire pressure in front of me to the right pressure after I already paid him and told him numerous of time! Lilke you open a tire shop and you don't know tire problem so why you open the shop and what I'm a paying for ??? Anyway just want to share the experience that I have with this shop you'll be warned what coming there plenty of other tire shop near by and actually try to help you and provide a SERVICE that you paid for ! We came and the place was faily not busy and we got all done pretty fast. The annoying thing is that their credit card machine was not working very well. So we had to go get money at the ATM. Was a tiny inconvenience. However overall the time was in a really good condition and we were really happy. They even gave a 5 dollar discount on the tire and we were really happy. They seem to have a lot of other very nice services that we are going to take advantage of.

He told me ONE of my license plate light was out and needs to be replaced, which I had no choice but to let him. After all said and done, I was handed a bill of $82.67, $20 for TWO light bulbs. Also on the receipt they wrote "Wheel(s) removed to inspect brakes:L/F, L/R" which he did not. They were very very rude! When asked about the light bulbs he came screaming at me how I had a tiny crack on my back light and he passed me anyway, that I shouldn't be complainting. It's people like them that gives automechanics a bad rap.

My friend recommended me this place because they are trustworthy and fast, but if you care a lot about your car or if you're a car guy or gal, I would not bring your car there because they will definitely leave their mark.
