Came in to get pricing and advise on a 2016 Honda CRV ex. Car was having issues with jittery steering, rear suspension was causing uneven and bumpy ride over any type of road, car has 88k miles with original suspension. I end up getting KYB shocks and struts with full spring assembly on my own. I had the shop install the front struts and rear shocks and they advise front linkage needed replacement as well. When car came back and was road tested, i realized no more shaking at speeds over 50mph, suspension felt very smooth, all tires felt in place and brakin was improved aling with sharp steering. Mike did a great job, the car felt like brand new. Job was done quickly and 4 hrs later they were calling me to pick up. I was so happy, that i am already thinking about doing the same to my other car. They are experts working diligently to deliver proper customized individual solutions. The altitude of the manager and workers are horrible! I'm local and I was thinking it was good idea to support local，but I was completely humiliating myself. I came here a lot of time, they still treat me like stranger, and trying to rip me off. This time I was going to do the inspection, they told me my front tires are bad, but it still have plenty tread on it. Since my father drives this car, I figure its best to save the trouble for later, so I ask for price. The price online is 170+shipping, they give me 280 with installations. It's 220 difference, for installation? I was politely told the manger I'm going to thinking about it. Guess what he says to me? "It's Mercedes, if you can't afford it, go buy a Honda." I mean, it was STUPID move,by a manger of the place, you just lost a costumer forever. And I can go to Mercedes dealers to have all 4 of my tires changed, they will give one tire for free, since it's summer discount event at Mercedes. It's not how much money I have, it's how I spend my money wisely. NEVER EVER come back to this place, and I'll tell all my friends don't come here. read more
