Ordered Four tires from good year.com and had them sent to Anthony and son to be installed. The install took a little over an hour. On the way out something told me to look down and check my tires. Well glad i did. All four tires were not what i paid for! They were all too big, looked used and were a different model. I pointed this out to the manager. He apologized and told me the mechanic messed up. I had to wait another 30 mins to have my tires installed. The manager gave me a voucher for a free wheel alignment. Not sure i will use it as i am skeptical about the "mishap". read more

I have been going to Anthony and Sons for approx 16 years. They are honest and do excellent work. I went there in Oct 2018 for a clicking son in my steering wheel. They told me the problem is in my steering column and instead of fixing it told me to check with the dealer to see if there is a warranty on the part. The car is a 2012 Sonata. I first checked on-line and found that a part called a coupling, which is in the steering column, is under an extended warranty. I went to the dealer and it was fully covered. My mechanic, Anthony and Sons could have replaced the part at a cost of approx $200 but they did the right thing and recommended I check with the dealer. read more

They are so great that I took my new car there even when I had a warranty because the dealer was useless. If I was able to I would give zero stars. DO NOT go to Anthony and Sons!! I went to them for a windshield replacement. It was replaced, but I immediately turned the wipers on and there was a terrible clunking sound (I was still in the 'shop'). The owner insisted that I had bad wipers, so he changed them on the spot (my wipers were new at the time). There was still a loud clunking sound. He insisted that there was something wrong with the wiper 'arms'-I used the wipers the day before and there was no issue then. So they replaced the windshield on the spot. All good? Nope! The next day I put my wipers on, the sound was nails on a chalkboard. I went back to them and I was being spoken to as if I was dumb. I'm not. I was being double talked, given the runaround, so I went to my mechanic to help me out. (Is this the 1960's where it's cute to talk like that to customers?) It was replaced again, and this time the windshield was 'etched', couldn't see out the window if it was raining. I went to my mechanic, again since I could get no where talking to that awful owner. It ended up being that all three windshields were defective. Nothing to do with my darn wipers. This ended up being a four month process. And a ton of time on my part. He could have gotten five stars had he not been so defensive about the windshields. What a dope! STAY AWAY!!! read more

This happened almost a year ago but after driving by them every day I could not let it go... I had a 2005 pathfinder in great condition and low mileage. One day my truck just died in the middle of street while driving it. I took to them, they called me to say engine is done. It would be about 4-5k to put a new one in or they could help me sell it. They offered me $1000 for it. I took truck to Nissan down the road to double check if the engine was gone. Well Nissan calls me to say 2 cam sensors need to be replace $500 later I have my truck back no issues.... Anthony and son clearly is a rip off and a bunch of scam artist trying to tell me engine is done and they will help me take it off my hands for $1000. Don't go here they will try to rip you off too! They do excellent work, explain everything they do, and let me know when there are repairs that are necessary, so that I can avoid any potential danger or major work later. This place is always busy and I always need an appointment unless I go there at 7AM before it opens up. Even then I have to wait. I tried bringing my car in for an inspection, but was told that every mechanic was busy even though I could not see any working probably cause the shop is hidden in the back. Anyway I said that I would come back the next day in the AM which I did. I got my inspection and was told I needed brakes and I didn't want to mess around, so I said I would return again the next day in the AM which I did. The job took a few hours and ended up costing me $200 with an oil change. I was happy with the service. They are professional. I had the check engine light come on the other day when I was on empty and needed gas. I figured it was the gas cap, but didn't want to take a chance so I drove over and asked for them to check it out and they asked me if I wanted to leave the car and I said no cause it takes like a few seconds to hook up the portable machine and see what is going on, but the manager told me that everyone is busy and can't stop in the middle of a job to check. I thought to myself really it takes a few seconds. He asked if I wanted to come back and I said no thanks I will go to my other mechanic which I did and like I thought it was the gas cap. Oh by the way it took a few seconds to check. I might go back in an emergency if I had no choice and didn't mind waking up real real early. They are so busy anyway and I don't think they are going to miss me read more
