Leo quoted $1,600 ($600 more than all the competitors) and we agreed. Right before we went to pick up the car he texted my brother that they scratched up the inside of his hood. Following my many year relationship with this shop and all the customers I recommended as well, I tried to work out a lower price that works for both of us with Leo. Leo immediately threw his hands up and said "I'm now lowering shit my price is my price I put mad time into this." Not only did he create a new $600-$800 problem on top of the $1,600 but he didn't have the decency to speak to me like a gentlemen, just threw his hands up and walked away. Ironically enough, I called around and found out that this has been the theme with Leo lately, overcharging and never taking accountability. If this was 2-3 years ago, I'd recommend him all day.
