I recently thought I dented a rental car (turns out from photos it was already there in the first place.. but story for another day!), and totally freaked out. I've had my car for almost 7 years and during a roadtrip this past break with my family I noticed a ding in the lower left on the driver door. I was surprised as I am very very selective in my parking locations. I park as far from civilization as possible at parking lots. From the initial look, the dent looked bad, like it went down to the paint. The location was too awkward for it to have been someone's door. It must have been from a rock that kicked up while I was driving on unpaved roads upstate. Omar is honest, courteous, profession and a REAL person. I never felt more comfortable leaving my car with mechanic/detail/dentguy in my life. He originally recommended I go to a body shop to repair my SIGNIFICANT amount of dents/damage to the passenger rear door.
