Very happy to have worked with Cavalier once again in regards to Detailing and Paint Protection Film work with my new Bronco Sport Badlands, they were very professional and prompt in working with me. The work takes about 2 days after drop off, they work with a company in Bay Shore called Supreme Shine that does the PPF work, and after inspecting the car, the work looks very well done. The price-point is on target for what would be industry standard for PPF work regarding Full Hood, Bumper, Lights and Interior/Exterior Detail, as well as Polishing the Columns (much needed) and a small ding touch up. Cavalier Auto Detailing rocks! I saw an advertisement for Cavalier Auto Detailing offering a ceramic coating. I went to the shop and spoke with the owner Pete. I showed him my car and he was pointing out some of the imperfections. My car, a 2015 Dodge Challenger has some usage. A small hail dent as well as a shopping cart bump, something I could hardly see it. Cavalier Auto Detailing offers a dent removal process. Before the ceramic coating, the car needed a paint detail. They start the process by using a clay bar to remove all small scratches and paint imperfections. After fixing all the paint imperfections, they apply the ceramic coating to the paint. Ceramic Coating is a layer of protection that's applied to the entire surface of the car. Bird droppings, tree sap and water spots will no longer harm the car because the paint is now protected from these harmful elements. The entire process gives the paint a nice waxed finish. I had to leave my car for a few days. Pete and his team buffed and waxed the car until the end result was a shiny, paint sealed automobile now with added protection. I can tell Cavalier Auto Detailing worked very hard on the car because the car looks brand new! Peter I thank you for the hard work, I'm very satisfied with the final result. "Not great, Bob!" If you know anything about detailing and washing a car properly don't even bother with this place. I found micro scratches and swirls, poorly waxed and poorly buffed surfaces on multiple spots of my car after using their services. I mean I know I didn't bring in a 911 but come on guys, this is just shoddy work. (For reference I had just bought this car brand new a little over a week ago. These scratches were not here unless someone was poorly washing my car without me knowing haha.) I showed who looked like the manager the shoddy work and he proceeded to wipe at my car with a microfiber he literally whipped out of his filthy pocket, do you want to key my car while you're at it? How they have the clientele they do is beyond me. I hope the other services they provide are actually worth it's salt because a simple wash was not. As for the actual wash my expectations of them dropped after the first 3 minutes. Two bucket method? what's that? Wash the top then to the bottom? I don't think so. Let me use the same unwashed mitt for half of the panels before soaking it back into the bucket, ah yes. Spin that wash cloth in circles? Sure, if you like swirl marks. A dry microfiber towel to a dry surface directly? Yes please! (You actually don't want to do this even if you just washed your car use some form of quick detailer). After I brought attention of the shoddy work to the manager, he just denied denied denied. Showed me security footage that it wasn't them who put the scratches there and got oddly defensive with me towards the end of our conversation. This man genuinely believes his team did nothing wrong... and they didn't because they were poorly trained (which isn't their fault). This man does not know adequate auto detailing techniques and did not know that his poorly trained team was in fact causing these blemishes to not only my car but to the other cars in their possession. This man couldn't let his pride be hurt let alone handle a simple customer service situation to try to come to a happy medium between us. It wasn't worth my time to even argue with this gentlemen at that point so I left and now have to fix the mistakes that his team caused. I made the mistake of trusting this place to wash my car simply because I was too lazy to do it myself or too lazy to find a place that will do it properly (Don't pay an "auto detailer" $60 to do what a regular car wash can do for half the price down the road). I was lured in by what was for the most part stunning reviews and while there were some outliers that did catch my attention criticizing about the lack of a 2 bucket method and not taking responsibility I simply brushed it off because of the other positive reviews. Now this next statement isn't meant to offend anyone who used their services but I assume most of the good reviews are made by people who don't actually know much about car detailing (which is completely fine) but in my honest opinion this wash was just straight up embarrassing for them considering the cars they had in the back. If you're okay with maybe getting a decent wash at its best, sub par for the most part. Have cash to splash? By all means go ahead, don't let me tell you how to spend your money. If you're not in the 1% that live around here and care about the money you spend, the work that goes into properly washing your car and want it done right look elsewhere. Heck, go on YouTube and watch a few videos and learn how to do it yourself. It's a great way to appreciate the effort and design that went into your vehicle and a decent way to save money if you're using services like this. Check out Chris Fix and Pan the Organizer. I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey that I bought brand-new. Four kids, two states, and road trips from Maine to Florida this car has seen it ALL....and it was GROSS! It was the disgusting mom mobile I swore I would never have. I posted pictures! Chris and the crew at Cavalier did an amazing job! On November 20, 2017, I decided to bring my 18 year old silver Chrysler Convertible Sebring to Cavalier. This was my first time here and I have to admit I was a little intimated by many high end cars that were being detailed. After all, my car was almost 2 decades old and kept outside. Krishna looked at the car and told me you would not believe what I can do to this car!! I told Krishna that I have been washing and waxing cars for 40 years and there is only so much that you can do to this car to make it look better. He simply stated you have your methods and we have ours. My headlights, which I have tried to polish the haze off for hours, and thought that this was the best it could be. Krishna simply replied let us work on them if you don't like it don't pay. After agreeing on a fair price, I decided to take a chance and let Krishna and his team show me what they can do. The car was ready the next afternoon and I went in the back to look for it. I honestly could not believe how my car looked!!!! The chrome wheels looked like the day I rolled the car out of the showroom almost 20 years ago!! I could actually see my face from the glare on the paint!! The interior leather was spotless with a whole new softness. I really thought the headlights were brand new! I could not believe that these were the old headlights. Even more of a shocker, attached to my bill was an envelope with a $100 bill inside. I was told they found the money under one of the seats in the car. Talk about honesty!!! All I can say is this is the absolute best place to bring your car to showroom condition!! You are treated just like the guy next to you who is having his lambro, benz or beamer being detailed. At Least They Gave Me My Money Back. My wife and kids gave me a $300 gift certificate to Cavalier Auto Detailing. When my wife bought the certificate she asked for the "Full/Platinum Detail" which had a base price of $249.99. She added $50 to that amount to cover any extras. So I brought by 2013 Tesla in for an estimate and an appointment. The manager looked at my car for a little under a minute and said "$600." I was a bit shocked. I made an appointment to have the car done. By the time I brought the car in for the appointment I had thought about the situation a bit. I asked the manager what the difference was between the $249.99 Platinum Detail and what I was getting for $600. He said that the $249.99 was just a "base price." I asked him what kind of car could get a Platinum Detail for $249.99 and he said that the car would have to be brand new. I asked the manager what he could do for my car for $300 and he said "nothing." So I asked to get the $300 back. He said he couldn't do that. I pointed out to him that they had sold the gift certificate to my wife for $300 and given her a brochure that advertised the $249.99 Platinum Detail but now he was saying that he wouldn't touch my car for less than $600. Again I asked for my money back. He left to call one of the owners. After about five minutes he came back and gave me my money back. So, the best thing I can say about Cavalier Auto Detailing is that if they refuse you service at least you can get your money back if you stick to your guns. read more

I recently brought my BMW X5 if for a full detailing, and I must say, I was BLOWN AWAY by the services performed. Prior to deciding to trust my truck in the hands of Cavalier, I did a lot of research on detailers in the area. They had a perfect rating so I was skeptical that maybe friends and family wrote all the reviews, but after getting my truck back in BREATHTAKING condition, I am now sure all of those reviews were legit. I couldn't believe how all the tiny little flaws, that only I knew about (and was SURE were going to get overlooked) were somehow taken care of. We're dealing with true pros here. Not happy with my experience and wouldn't recommend. It sounded great and I paid for a top tier service $600. For scratch removal and headlamp cleaning as well as detail and wax. But the car just looked like it was regularly cleaned. Scratches still there, the moon roof wasn't touched and headlamps didn't look impressive at all. I was very disappointed and felt like I was cheated and over payed. I'm not from that area and rarely get my car detailed based off this experience....now I remember why. Not worth it and over priced and talk a big game. Find a. Less expensive spot that does a better job. When I called they offered to look it at but not at my convenience. He said not Monday cuz he was swamped.... I understand but I already paid and got a lackluster job done so I expected to be prioritized but of course not. I hand wash my car as much as possible to keep it looking good. Owning a black car comes with responsibilities! With the cold weather upon us now, like many others, I don't like to wash my car outside. Being that I pass by this place every morning on my way to work I decided I should stop in one day to get some info. I was greeted promptly and with a professional attitude. I was given a run down of the costs and what each level of detail offered. I opted for the $60 detail as I was going to a car meet the next day and wanted the salt and dirt off of it. I have to say, I was very impressed. I've had $35 hand washes in the area before and was a little upset that the quality was far less than I would even do on my own. I conceded to the fact that this is what I would have to deal with in the winter time. Subpar cleaning. But not here! Not with Cavalier Auto Detailing! I saw no edges missed, no trim uncleaned. They did a wonderful job on my car. I am now recommending them to all of the guys and girls in my car club. I went to Cavalier to get my 2007 accord detailed to give to my daughter for her 17th Bday. The car was in need of A LOT of love! I was apprehensive going in as often women are treated "differently" in auto shops, but my husband wanted to just go to the car wash and I wanted better. The full detail was not an inexpensive option, but it was worth every cent!! They didn't miss anything!! Recently had my "new" 2010 BMW Z4 front end wrapped with xPel at Cavalier based on a recommendation from my BMW specialist shop. Peter and Chris walked me thru the shop, gave me background on their work and provided an estimate that I found most reasonable. The wrap looks great, car was ready ahead of schedule. Chris pointed out an issue that came up during their prep process - completely honest about some clearcoat that was cracking on the rear bumper - likely from a less than superb repair. I have had my minivan for over 10 years. After two kids, two dogs, and one coffee spilling husband, this car looked disgusting. I was embarrassed to have anyone ride in my car. I knew the dealership was not going to do a good job and I was right. The car was clean but not detailed and the musty smell was still in the car. Back from an 6000 mile road trip you can imagine what my 2016 Forester looked like! They kept the car all day, drove me home and I got back a brand new car at the end of the day! It looked better than when I got it from the dealership. They even touched up a small scrape on the bumper. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received at Cavalier Auto Detailing. Krishna, the manager, evaluated my Jaguar F-Pace for an exterior detailing service. I had long scratches along the entire right side of my car from bushes. Krishna did not mislead me at all with false promises - he said he would be able to get most scratches out but not all.
