Quality work I would have to say their men work hard. On another note as one of the very few females in this industry there lack of communication with there employees as owners is not there Susan and her husband are nowhere to be found when wrongfully treated as an employee general manager and Paint manager run there shop and once you get on their bad side forget about it. First i was told going to this shop for employment was a bad idea...they proved right..me asking for an opportunity to paint....led in to some conspiracy to hire two brothers and getting rid of me ok cool...it started with me speaking with the g.manager along with a fellow gentlemen that recommended me to paint...his recommendation became the next shop gossip for the general manager and Paint manager..fyi Paint manager also earlier that week had ask me what i got paid and if I didn't tell him the general manager would...mhhmm in my experience 11 yrs in this field not a good sign...anyway this happened on a fri when the paint dept manager came back from training.. I was treated differently and I overheard the paint manager and general manager talking about me over walky talky's when I confronted my general manager in private about our private conversation(about me painting) and his lack of professionalism. he became rattled like I had committed an awful crime...it is illegal to talk about private conversations with other employees especially pay or rising opportunities for future aspirations....after the g.manager told the paint manager about me wanting to paint he had a tantrum and I guess sat when him and the general manager worked together they came up with a way to hire the gentlemen and his brother that came in thursday for employment now their painter and prep sort a 2 for 1 deal. Monday I was told by the general manager the guys in the shop don't get along with me when I asked what guys are you talking about the paint manager? he kept repeating the guys.... which baffles me when the only guys I spoke too was my general manager and Paint dept. Manager. No owners to be found which said alot for me... but I'm sure since they made a deal with the brothers... they save money on employment ( what do they care they got a deal) if you get my drift... No worries it was a blessing in disguise...but if you are looking for employment and your a hard worker with ambition to be more do not go here . A matter of fact stay out of Huntington the worse turn over rate at shops. Bosses treat their employees like furniture thank God I have a social and I know my rights so walking away is easy.... I am appalled how employers allow employees to make decisions for them based on gossip not work ethic. Employers SHOULD be reprimanded for having such a high turnover rate of fired employees...who knows maybe I'll petition it. God bless and good luck. read more

Approximately a month ago, I my 2011 Infiniti FX was sideswiped by a bus in NYC. Thankfully the car sustained only cosmetic damage but it had to get fixed. I've heard in passing good things about Cavalier, I walked in and Harry (and Susan) were both courteous/professional, made the process look like no big deal, got my estimate and away we went. Once I brought the car in for the repairs, I had a loner waiting for me, and off I was. Five days later, my car looked like it did (if not better, since it hadn't looked that good in a long time with detailing from their shop) when they took the cover off when I first picked it up 4+ years ago. I hope for no more mishaps but if there is a fender bender in my future, I know who my people are. I also look forward to periodically using their detail shop, no doubt. read more

Class Act! Absolutely impeccable repair to my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S which was rear ended to the tune of over 7000 bucks. Workmanship, color match (red), attention to detail and the fact they detailed the car inside and out including shampooing the carpeting and detailing the engine compartment left a serious impression with me. I'm a fanatic and anal about things getting done right and never really trust anyone with my vehicles from past experience. I will take any and all future repairs back to them without question. I will use their detailing shop now also because my car never looked better! Their shop is first class, clean and roomy loaded with Benz, BMW, Porsche and everything else. I had an amazing experience here and would use them again. Harry was helpful, informative and all around nice guy, he made sure I knew what was getting done and was accurate on the time it would take till it was completed. I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle, he worked with my insurance company and took care of everything for me. When i got my car back it looked good as new, not only was the job done well, I received my car back looking cleaner then I ever expected. Two days after I received my car I notice that there was a problem with my headlight that was unnoticeable to the naked eye, Harry told me to come right back in and took care of everything for me, from calling the adjuster to getting the job done in three days. This place SUCKS! Before you can even get to the reason you're actually there for, you're forced to deal with some ABSOLUTELY INSANE woman (owner?) named Susan. She is a nasty, arrogant, vile individual who is as difficult to deal with as they come. With so many options in the auto body business, one would think businesses would be a little more attentive to their customer service practices. There con artists. If you looked them up from years ago they were caught for lying and cheating people out of money for repairs and replacing expensive parts with cheaper parts the same way they ordered an h.i.d led head lamp and put an regular one which made my lights two different colors. I went back and told me it would take 100 hours to change color, it's close to 2 years now and a complete lie. Avoid these type of con artists tricks in which they profited 1500 dollars by exchanging lights on my car!! I have used Cavalier in the past for minor repairs for bumper scratches and door dings and have been very satisfied with their work. When i had a front end collision in early January, I immediately contacted Cavalier to schedule the repairs. I picked up my car exactly one month after drop-off. And it was worth the wait. The work was beautiful. The front-end looked showroom ready. Harry and Susan are very friendly and were a pleasure to work with. I want to express my gratitude to Angelo, Harry and the entire crew at this fine establishment. Cavalier recently repaired extensive damage that was caused to my 2013 BMW 7 series. This is a high end car and I would only trust the body work to an experienced technician who has the know how and skill to complete a superfluous job. Cavalier did just that. Avoid at all costs! Habberstad BMW sent my car here to have work done and they damaged my car in the process. They did such and awful job and in the process damaged my car in another area! It had to be sent back FOUR times to have several areas that they scraped and scratched my vehicle. Words cannot express how terrible they are. It has taken months of sending it back to get things done and they still couldn't get it right. I don't even want to click on one star, but I have to to enter the review. After an awful accident and some serious damage done to my Mercedes SUV, I was over-impressed when my car was returned to me looking brand new. Every detail was perfected. Start Your Engine and Speed on Over.. OR in my case my car wasn't driveable after my accident so I had my car flatbedded over to CAVALIER where their customer service is just as good as their body service.. Perfection is key coming from our car loving family and they did just that! You can not even tell that I had work done! I have a 2012 Ram that recently had an unfortunate meeting with a telephone pole. My tailgate and rear bumper were banged up pretty bad, and I needed to get my truck fixed before any snow hit.
