It says a lot about the work you can expect done on your car when you walk into the Syosset Auto Body reception /office. It is simply and cleanly decorated in black and white with jars of candy should you need a some comfort sweets. (I did!) Their work was perfect. The car was cleaned and ready to go in one week. read more

I brought the car into the shop on Tuesday and it was done by 1:00 on Friday. 100% satisfied. 100% recommendation!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. June M. read more

The team at Syosset Auto Body is very professional, very nice, and do their job right, and they do it VERY fast. They went above and beyond as well, fixing even the smallest of dings that we didn't think they would notice. If we ever need out car fixed again, we will come back. I recommend them to anyone who needs to do so. read more

Superior Service at Syosset Autobody John, the owner was very personable and professional. He took care of my Dodge Durango like it was his own. I had a rotted tree branch fall on the rear of my car a week after I picked it up from the dealer. I looked for shops around my area and found syosset autobody. The damaged brake light was on back order so he let me take the car until it came in, instead of waiting for it. The shop is immaculate and you can tell they put attention to detail in their craft. Syosset autobody even washed my car before I picked it up. The car looked good as new. This autobody shop is about first class service all the way. read more

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of backing into my garage door. I brought my Maserati over to Syosset autobody, and spoke with John, who gave me a few options on repairing the scratches. John was very transparent with the cost associated with both options, and instead of suggesting what would cost the most right off the bat, he instead suggested, trying to buff out the scratches first. John and the rest of his staff were extremely pleasant to work with throughout what could easily have been a very frustrating and stressful experience, had I gone to another body shop. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received, the level of professionalism, and the speed in which my car was repaired. John did an amazing job. If I ever need future work done, I will be heading straight to him. read more

I brought my car to Syosset Auto body after a deer ran into the side of my car. I had an excellent experience using them. I usually use another auto body place but they have a new customer. The workmanship was perfect. It was completed in a very timely manner and the customer service from start to finish was amazing. Highly recommend!! read more

Car damaged by windstorm. Called this place and the guys were extremely honest and straightforward. Really appreciate that. Unfortunately they were short handed with workers and I had to wait a few weeks to bring car in: had to go with another place but would highly recommend them! read more

When my 6 month old Hyundai Ioniq 5 was sideswiped, I brought it to Syosset Auto Body for repair. While the situation, in a word, sucked, John and his team made it amazingly smooth, easy and stress-free. He arranged for the pick-up and surrender of a rental car, kept me apprised of the status, completed the job days sooner than the GEICO adjuster's estimate, and returned the car in absolutely immaculate condition. I hope not to see them again but would absolutely use this shop if the need arises in the future. They are the best! read more

John and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, polite, professional, and reliable! John keeps you updated very well. I got an estimate of 1-1.5 weeks to fix a huge scratch and dent on the side of my car, depending how long it took to get parts, but it only took 4.5 days! John also helped me return the rental car. I was in and out picking it on my car super quickly. Now that's service! The location is very convenient, as well, because Enterprise is close by. My car looks so pretty again! Great job and thanks Syosset Auto Body! read more

John and the rest of the guys were amazing and honest which is hard to find these days. My car looks brand new and it was painless. I can't rave enough about how happy I am with the service that was provided at this body shop. I bought my car in to have the rear door fixed and they buffed out other scratches they saw throughout the car. This was one of the best (if not THE best) experiences I have ever had working with an Auto Body Shop. John was super considerate and he always made sure to update me with status each step of the way. The repair to my door/body/rims were immaculate and you would not be able to tell that any repairs got done. I HIGHLY recommend Syosset Auto Body for all of your vehicle's body shop needs as you will not be disappointed. read more

Exceeded my expectations. My car got rear-ended and I was directed by Allstate to Syosset Auto Body for the repair. I have never done business with them, but the other person hit me and that is where I had to go to get the car fixed. Syosset Auto body reached out to me and made it very easy to set up an appointment. John was extremely thorough and assured me that my car will look as good as new. I normally do not write reviews, but I am compelled to write this review, because not only was my car done ahead of schedule, it was returned to me in showroom condition. The color was a perfect match and my expectations were exceeded. I strongly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work. Thank You Mitch G. read more

I had damage done to the front of my car and was really stressed out trying to find the right place to get it repaired. John at Syosset Auto Body did a through assessment of the damage before giving me the best quote possible. It was much lower than any of the other places I'd tried, and many of those places didn't even bother assessing the damage properly. John was upfront and professional about the work they'd have to do and that put me at ease tremendously. My car was in the shop for three days and when I went to pick it up it was as good as new! They even cleaned the inside of the car, so it was being returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off! I'm very happy with their service and the job they did and would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work. read more

Ran into a fallen tree in the first snow this year. Luckily the tree fell right in front of me, not on top of the hood/roof. The front bumper was pulled out and totally loose when I backed up from the branches. I called the shop and drop off my car there. Paul took a look and suggested put the old bumper back instead of replacing it as my car is ~15 yrs old that doesn't worth to get a new one. I was kind of hesitating if I should junk the car and get a new one if the repairing cost is too much. Surprisingly, he only charged me 100 bucks and get it done in less than 3 hours. I could not be more happy about it. Highly recommend read more

Last week, I was sitting in my parked car in a parking lot waiting for my husband to come out when a car backed into the parking space next to my car and hit the side door. The damage was hard to assess when we had so many snowstorms. Last Saturday morning I drove to Syosset Body shop to get an estimate on the damage done. John listened to my story and reassured me that they will do everything to make it look perfect. John gave me a preliminary estimate to share with the person that hit my car. Last Monday I called John and he was able to take my car in on Wednesday and that the work would be completed by Thursday. Since I needed a rental, John was able to arrange enterprise to pick me up to get a rental. My car was ready for pick up on Thursday by lunch time! I drove the rental back to Syosset Auto Body shop, left the rental there for enterprise to get it from them. Everything was seamless, quick and easy. The entire experience at Syosset Auto Body was honest, professional and trustworthy. John was amazing! I also had the pleasure to meet Dave, John's brother, when I picked up my car. My car looked perfect like nothing happened to it. If you are looking for experienced caring professionals I highly recommend Syosset Auto Body. They turned a bad situation into an amazing experience. Thank you to everyone at Syosset Auto Body Shop. read more

Don't believe what Paul, the owner tells you. He said that fixing my front bumper would take 2 days. I called to speak with him and can't be found. Receptionist said that it is going to take 3-4 days. Good job but the long wait not worth the aggravation. read more
