We had a small issue with…read morethe car that needed some welding on the frame (the front end had to be removed), and I think the welding job was done very well. My issue is with everything else. The original estimate went up significantly, and the car was delivered in awful condition and with complete disregard. It was dirty and dusty inside and out, the engine wasn't running properly and had to be fixed, the cooling system had air in it, and the hood wasn't aligned correctly. We only complained about the hood alignment, but Tom was well aware of all the other issues. We tried to work with him to get the hood aligned, and it was a nightmare. You feel like you're not welcome there, and even after a second attempt, we walked away with the hood still not aligned -- now we'll just deal with it ourselves. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone because of the carelessness, and I honestly regret trusting them.
