I came into an appointment that I had. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from Lenny I told him what needed to be done and he had it done right away. Having an appointment does get things done a bit faster. very organized shop. 5 star read more

Quality work, great customer service. All my concerns were addressed. Caring front office.

Unfortunately after 3 years I had to return to Maddens Auto Body. Once again my car was returned in great condition and on time. The staff could not have been nicer. I hope I don't have to go back for a long time. I highly recommend them for your repairs. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this auto body shop. Lenny and the entire office staff were incredibly helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered ALL my questions, and made a stressful situation feel calm. Lenny even called me to keep me up to date during the process of my repairs. He explained everything and my car came out great and in a timely manner, which is a huge plus! read more

The new management at Madden's Auto Body treated me right. My Jeep front fender had to be painted and they did a great job. They had to remove, strip, prime, paint and replace it. It came out like factory new. Perfect color match and they cleaned the whole car up nicely. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I had my car repaired for damage to the fender and front in February/March of 2020 (right before COVID became widespread). Repairs have held up and the car looked great after. I would definitely come here again. Only complaint was that the shop itself was a small operation and it was difficult getting a clear picture of the process, given how busy they were at the time. However, when I did get in touch with the right person, they were respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Overall the work they do here is good. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I can't even put into words what amazing experience I had with this autobody shop. I was in a really difficult and bad situation with my car. I had gone to other places where no one really was trying to help me, I called Madden's they told me to come on down right away. They were incredibly kind. But the most important thing that they were was honest and respectful. Now, I normally don't like to say this, but as a woman, we know that sometimes dealing with automotive situations we get taken advantage of or spoken down to. I was treated with the upmost respect. They helped me when nobody else would. This was the best experience I've ever had with an automotive situation. I will be recommending everybody I know to them for their amazing work, kindness, and respect that I was shown. read more

We have used Madden's auto body twice in the past year. Mark was professional and courteous and always kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. My car was ready either by or earlier then the date promised. The shop does excellent work and the car looked perfect when it was finished. Took my Honda Pilot in for a paint touch up after being hit on the rear drivers side. The gave me a quote that was fair and told me it would take three days. It was actually done in 2 days and looked great. Easy people to deal with. Highly recommend them. read more

I had an issue with some minor body damage to my car. Reached out to a few other places and got some quotes. I went to Madden's at the recommendation of a friend and Jimmy was awesome. My car was restored back to new within minutes. I couldn't believe how quick it was and the price couldn't be beat! Madden's is close to where I live and I wish I had used them sooner when I've had other car work done. Highly recommend, fair and honest. Jimmy and his employees really saved me a lot of money and really made my day. Thanks so much Madden's, you guys rock! The service they provided to me is a rarity these days. read more

My family has always gone here but thankfully I've never had to. And then I crashed my boyfriends beautiful lifted blacked out Dodge Ram. They handled everything with my insurance adjuster and got all the custom crap my boyfriend needed to replace. It was done in a couple of weeks and communication was great. My boyfriend was skeptical but stoked with the end result and he's super picky with his baby so that says a lot! read more

Great place. I used him a few years back for minor body work, was very satisfied. Today I went in due to minor damage to undercarriage from hitting a high curb. Had one of his guys fix it for no charge, took 20 min while I waited. So great choice. read more

If I could even rate and give this body shop a star, in all honesty it would be no stars. Went into the shop with my girl, off the start the owner whose an elderly male sitting on the left side of the office became very disrespectful. Disrespectful in a way that he was very rude and he approached us with no professional manners and just gave an awful vibe. I would definitely not recommend this auto body shop. The other one star review is from my gir, you can read about it, thanks for your time. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went with my boyfriend to replace his hubcap and the owner there was being sexist towards me because I am female. He said he would only let my boyfriend see what they were doing to his car because quote on quote "he is a man and he does not let women into the car garage." LITERALLY THOSE WORDS!! The owner was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful towards me and my boyfriend. You do not disrespect customers like that especially not just because i am a female. I am still utterly shocked on what had happened and i will NOT be going back here again. read more

I was referred to this body shop by a "very particular" friend of a friend (who had also used them) and I stopped by today for an estimate. It was a relatively minor repair as these things go, so I wasn't using insurance. Mark was beyond helpful and fair, and he made my day! He actually repaired the vehicle while I waited, saving me trips for other estimates and giving me reassurance that my car would now be safe as well as rust-free. I would use them (hopefully won't need that) and recommend them without reservation. read more

Excellent customer service...honest fair pricing......all you want in an auto body shop

One of our cars was hit from behind causing fairly significant rear end damage. I asked my insurance company for a recommended auto body shop, and they suggested Madden's. Feels like a small, family owed shop, but they did an excellent job. Minimal paperwork, good communication, and car looks like it did before the accident! Would highly recommend to others! read more

This place was great. My new car was damaged at the dealer and I was not happy. They immediately gave me a loaner and said they use Madden"s auto body. Since I was not familiar with this shop and I am very fussy about my cars, I went to the shop with the car. Mark immediately came out and after calming me down, he guaranteed that the car would be perfect and if it wasn't he would do it over. Well, it was better than perfect. The metallic paint was a perfect match. I could not have been happier. Thanks Mark. read more
