This time it was for my brand new C300 that had less than 1K in miles, so new that they had to wait for parts from Germany to be shipped over. They kept us informed as to the timeline, and when it was finally ready I drove my rental vehicle over to pick it up! They actually take care of the return of the rental car for you so it's so seamless. I'm such a big fan!!
