I needed to get it replaced so she could return to college the next day. Got their name on a list of preferred Auto Glass shops from my Insurance Co. and was lucky enough to try their number first. I was treated promptly and respectfully from the receptionist to the owner. They told me to come in the next morning and asked if I was going to wait or drop off the car and pick it up later on that day. Since I work in Brooklyn and live in Valley Stream, making it back by closing time was going to be a miracle in itself. They told me not to worry and that they would store the car in their secured lot overnight and I could pick it up when they opened the next morning. Since this was going to be covered by the glass coverage on our policy, I was prepared to do the insurance co. shuffle in order to have it paid without having to go into my pocket since this is what I was told when I added that option to my auto policy. I took the car in the next morning and sure enough, after I provided the claim # and fax # for my insurance company they took care of everything. They completed the work on time and held the car for me overnight (no additional charge) as they said they would. My car was waiting for me the next morning and the job was perfect. They even reapplied my EZ-Pass (in the same location I had it on the original windshield) in addition to the registration and inspection stickers. The new windshield was spotless - no finger prints or smudges inside or outside, no adhesive residue. A beautiful job indeed. I highly recommend this shop to all in need of auto glass work. I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

Pretty good job, quick service- the piece of aftermarket glass looks good (they are hit or miss) but they tell you one thing on the phone and do another.

I also asked if the splash wheel guard could also be installed. I was told that same day that they can not fix the brakes due to the unibody damage. They did install the wheel guard. I received a bill for $500 when they said that they couldn't fix the problems but spend 2 hours of labor time. My previous mechanic saw the damage almost immediately so I cant image it would take 2 hours to see such an obvious problem. Also to install a splash guard, would not take 2 hours to install as well. I wouldn't recommend this auto body repair as they charged me $500 for practically no service.
