Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I would recommend you give CSP and Brian the opportunity to show some love to your vehicle. I'm glad I did.

After today's service with Mack, I'll never go anywhere else. My car, while not old, looks brand new and is cleaner than I ever thought it could be. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows. I'm BEYOND impressed and pleased and will be a faithful customer as long as he's in business.

I always have a detail once a year because my car sleeps outside year round but never by this outfit. The interior looks and smells great but not too overpowering of a scent. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. I spend the time at the library just a one minute walk off the main street. Will frequent again. Kudos, awesome job!

AWFUL The guy that…read moreintakes the car has a horrible attitude. No personality what so ever, acts like he doesn't understand conversational English. Plus it's the only car wash I know that you have to tip when you drop it off and again when they dry it. At drop off, they "supposedly" scrub the rims, they call it "Wheel Bright" in the services description. Literally, a couple of slaps with a wet broom and it's done. I paid $10 extra for the grand prix service, which adds a thorough interior cleaning that is supposed to include a protective shine application. There was one guy who worked on the car interior, and he was in there for less than a few minutes. On the way, and after I got home, I realized what horrible job they did on the interior and on my rims. With the cost of the service and the tips, I paid close to $50. for an absolutely AWFUL carwash experience. They used to be better, but now, they are about volume. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I gave a 5-star review few years back when they detailed and tined my E92 M3 but today had a Mini Cooper F56 ceramic tinted; let's just say I couldn't be ecstatic with the result. Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%. After reading all the glowing reviews, we went in with pretty high expectations -- and Kevin absolutely delivered. We tend to be really particular and did a lot of research before choosing where to go. Kevin stood out right away. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. He's super knowledgeable, skilled, and patient -- took the time to walk us through the entire process and answered all our (many!) questions with ease. What we really appreciated was how relaxed and friendly the experience was. Kevin is easy to talk to, responsive, and just a genuinely kind person. We actually stuck around during both visits and ended up chatting about all sorts of things. Even though he runs everything solo, he manages it all gracefully without ever making us feel rushed. While we were there, we also saw him working on some high-end cars -- one of them was in for a second ceramic job, which speaks volumes about the level of trust his clients have in him. Bottom line: Kevin does outstanding work, and we're so glad we found him. We'll definitely be back with our next car!
