They truly 100% hand wash your car and pay attention to detail they same way I would at home. This includes thoroughly cleaning the wheels and tires, prewashing the body, foaming the car with Adams shampoo, using micro fiber mitts, drying the car with compressed air, and then a clean drying cloth. They use quality products including Sonax and Adam's. The staff is professional and friendly. I was greeted and immediate helped. They actually listen to your concerns and requests (I told them I have a paint protection film on my front bumper and additional accessories that can be damaged from high pressure and force). This is long overdue. Our car was damaged buy water in that last big storm when The city was flooded. And with friends recommendations and the astounding reviews we found, we went here. We dropped the car off Thursday, and picked it up on Sunday. Giving the guys enough chance to pump the water out of the floors, dry out the carpeting. And make sure there was no smell and mold in the car. I get it, it's flood damage, it's no easy feat. But here lies the problem, Our car stinks of mildew and mold. As a temperature starting to drop, the smell isn't as bad but we made a decision to get rid of this car, when we are financially ready. We are accepting the fact that this can't be remediated easily And don't want to dump additional money into this car. We excepted that we will just get out the car before we actually drive it. The reason for a bad review is, We literally left the car For 2 1/2 days. They would keep us informed that they need another day When they Originally told us it would take one day. Problem is, we felt like they left the car to the last minute, knowing that we weren't going to be able to pick up the car till Sunday, letting the water, the dampness, sit in the car for quite some time. When we went to go pick up the car, the floor was still pretty damp. There was no smell but it was still pretty wet. They didn't give it sufficient time for it to dry, they claim the blew heat in to the car to help speed up the drying process and avoid that dry rag smell. Aside from that, we dropped off the car to deal with the water issue and also to have a detailed. Didn't do anything but deal with the water. We Would've been fine with that if we weren't dealing with the stench. Really nice guys though. read more

I booked with these guys to powder coat my bmw X5M stock wheels 1 year ago. The wheels had burn looking marks and wasn't that great but i let it slide & didn't even mention it . 1 week ago on 1/20/21 evening I brought my calipers to get powder coated lime green . They told me it should take 2-3 days .(keep in mind I now cannot drive the car which is affecting me) On 1/22 I asked them for an update on my calipers since no had reached out to me at all since I dropped them off. The guy said he would give me an update . He didn't respond back to me for 2 days after I kept messaging for a simple update. He finally gets back to me and tells me it will be ready on 1/26 or 1/27 . Ok great no problem. I kept messaging them for an exact time that I can pick up my calipers & of course NO ANSWER. I called 3 times they ignored my call twice. On the 3rd call he picked up heard my voice and straight up HUNG UP ON ME . 5 seconds after he hung up on me he messaged me back saying come pick it up 6-8pm. I was PISSED that he hung up on me and let him know I wasn't happy & he responded " IDK WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS YOUR NOT IMPORTANT!! HE IS NOW OUT OF SPITE HOLDING MY CALIPERS HOSTAGE UNTIL FEB 2ND!! I brought my already paint corrected and ceramic coated vehicle to waterwerkz for a car wash on a recommendation by a friend. Long story short, the newbie employee, without instruction from senior level employees, proceeds before I could intervene to inappropriately wash the vehicle with a wash mitt used on the lower portion of the vehicle, where road dirt and debris accumulate, bringing the mitt onto my hood, scratching the hell out of the hood. I now need to get the hood of my vehicle paint corrected and recoated. How the heck aren't employees given the very basics of how to wash a vehicle. Perhaps have them watch videos from obsessed garage or pan the organizer. I drove 60 miles and paid two tolls to have my vehicle treated no better than a random corner car wash. I take so much pride in the appearance and maintenance of my car only to have some kid who knows nothing about washing cars to erase my efforts. Beyond pleased with these guys' service. It was my first time using them and I can say I'll definitely be coming back in the future. I got my rims powder coated as well as a car wash (their Lime-Rock SUV package). I dropped my car off Thursday morning at around 10:30AM and was told my car would be ready by the next day at 5:00PM. Friday comes and I get a call at 3:30 saying my car is all done! The rims cost $500 + tax (125/Wheel) and the car wash was $80. Definitely a great deal. Ok, gonna say what other won't, this joint right here is expensive! I think my husband paid $75 to have his car wash and to be honest it was shiny and looked good. The thing is that in a day or two the birds got to it and now we're back to square one. I would use them again, but can't afford a once a week job since we have two cars in fam that we just got. I would recommend and use again sparsely until more coins come in. read more

Upon returning, I noticed a few scratches to the outside of the driver side window, approximately 7-8 inches long.I informed one of the employees that the scratches were not there previously. He responded by saying "we are not responsible for the tints, you have to see the tint guy". I ended up speaking to the tint guy and he said we have 5 stars. He didn't really provide much information. If you are paying for a service here, do not leave your car unattended. I gave them 2 stars because they seem to have immediate availability. I'm real glad I went with these guys this morning. As a preface, since I've bought my 16' Mazda MX-5 Miata last January, this is the second time I've allowed others to wash it as I've always hand washed it myself throughout the year. As you can imagine, finding a spot can be cumbersome as I personally place a high standards in detailing cars (you either get it or you don't). These guys are really professional, which I appreciate a lot. I had set an appointment the day before for 11 AM on Saturday; I was taking care of right away at 11 AM (it took them about 30-45 minutes to complete). I was glad to know that they as well use Adams products (which I religiously use as well). I opted for the "Lime Rock' package (foam exterior, vacuum/wipe down interior, exterior spray wax, clean mats, windows, windows, and tire shine). It was really good to know that these guys are VERY detailed oriented - they washed my Miata as I would on my own. A few things to note that differentiates these guys is that they're knowledgeable and take their time - rather than your average car wash places that the masses go to. As far as the exterior, I watched as they thoroughly cleaned the wheels AND wheel well, washed down with water, spray foam, wash using the two-bucket method, opened gas cap area and clean (I've yet to see another place do this in particular), apply spray wax, washed it down again, used compressed air to blow all the water out, cleaned door jams, and finally properly dry it down. The interior was flawless, they also thoroughly scrubbed down and cleaned my weather mats. Every step was done correctly in my eyes, again as I would do it myself. Nonetheless, it was refreshing to be around a crew of guys who care about the details and is meticulous about car detailing as I consider myself to be.
