Whenever I am on Long Island, I budget extra time to bring my baby, um- my car, in for some pampering. The staff is quick and efficient, and the service is unbeatable. They clean everything! A reasonably-priced basic wash includes vacuuming, windows cleaned inside and out, dash and console are wiped down, and door & truck sills are dried. For another couple of bucks, you can have the trunk vaccumed or the tires shined...there is a menu of a la carte services to choose from. They even take the extra second or 2 to hook the floor mats, rather than just tossing them back on the floor...a pet peeve of mine that other car washes do. On my last visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see they use an air gun to dry the hard to reach places like behind the side view mirrors...ingenious! No more drops when you drive away:-) The owner is a nice guy and very meticulous about the care each car receives. He carefully checks over each and every vehicle before it leaves the lot. He obviously loves what he does and cares about the service his customers receive...and it shows. Plan to be here for at least 15 minutes if it's not crowded, longer if there is a line. It's worth it. You will not be disappointed, and your car will look new inside and out :-)

Okay so I got very comfortable going to the basic "gas station car wash" but the other cars I had always looked very dingey and with paint swirls after. So being that I have a new vehicle I decided to try hand wash in the hopes that would help keep the paint on the automobile fresh. I was very pleased with the work that was done here at Miracle My mini suv is still sparkling like it just rolled off the showroom ! Keep in mind for the prices on the signs when you pull in it's +4$ for anything bigger than a sedan.

On my most recent visit, the experience completely changed. The staff seemed more interested in rushing people out before closing than actually delivering the service we're paying for, and the attitude toward customers made that very clear. I was even told I couldn't use the vacuums after my wash, despite being a current monthly subscriber. I canceled my membership on the spot and won't be returning. If you're going to sell subscriptions and promote "unlimited" service, you can't pull the plug on basic benefits just because it's inconvenient for staff at the end of the day especially when those customers are the ones who've supported you since day one.

Plus it's the only car wash I know that you have to tip when you drop it off and again when they dry it. At drop off, they "supposedly" scrub the rims, they call it "Wheel Bright" in the services description. Literally, a couple of slaps with a wet broom and it's done. I paid $10 extra for the grand prix service, which adds a thorough interior cleaning that is supposed to include a protective shine application. There was one guy who worked on the car interior, and he was in there for less than a few minutes. On the way, and after I got home, I realized what horrible job they did on the interior and on my rims. With the cost of the service and the tips, I paid close to $50. for an absolutely AWFUL carwash experience. They used to be better, but now, they are about volume. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I always have a detail once a year because my car sleeps outside year round but never by this outfit. The interior looks and smells great but not too overpowering of a scent. The cargo area came out much better than i thought, even down to the little metal strips that he polished. Never experienced that. Greater attention to detail than expected. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. I spend the time at the library just a one minute walk off the main street. Will frequent again. Kudos, awesome job!

After today's service with Mack, I'll never go anywhere else. My car, while not old, looks brand new and is cleaner than I ever thought it could be. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows. I'm BEYOND impressed and pleased and will be a faithful customer as long as he's in business.
