I brought my Mercedes-Benz CLS front passenger lower seat cushion in for repair (leather was dry and cracked), Steve provided me options to either repair the damaged areas or the entire seat cover. I went with the latter option to maintain a more consistent look and to avoid any future issues. They pay attention to detail, can identify the subtle differences in color and feel; will point out concerns on the littlest of things like perforation dimensions and orientation. Considering this vehicle is over 13 years old and is a daily driver I chose the cost effective vinyl/synthetic option which looked no different than when it looked new. My biggest concern was the inner workings of the cushion like heating, ventilation, inflation parts, particularly the occupancy sensor not getting damaged. Once the passenger cushion was received, I put it back in and everything worked like a charm which is why I went back there to have them repair the driver seat cover. Same results, looked and worked great! They are extremely knowledgeable and their rates are competitive. I plan on going back there to have them do more work. He was able to also install heat seats. Everything came out great and was priced very reasonable. This is my second visit to Superior and just like the first, I am delighted at the quality of the work that was done, the on-time completion, and the reasonable cost for the materials and labor involved. Again, Steve Price under-promises and over-delivers. He knows what he is doing and he is an expert on upholstery work. I initially just stopped in to talk to him regarding what could be done for the worn down, cracked and ripped leather driver's seat in my Chevy Avalanche. He carefully examined the seat along with the whole interior of my vehicle and then he suggested a couple of suitable options. After making my decision to go with one of his recommendations, he scheduled me at his earliest availability which, at the time, was something like almost 3 weeks down the road due to his workload and customer demand. He also informed me that if I were to drop off the car first thing in the morning, he would most likely have the job finished by the end of the day. So, on the day of the appointment, I dropped off the car at 8 am as he requested and sure enough, as he had said, it was completed and ready for pick up at the end of the day. I was very pleased, not only at the quality of leather he used, but also his eye for such close matching of the shade of gray of my leather interior. He used high quality leather and certainly did not cut any corners, scrimp, or "cheap out" on materials or workmanship. I am very pleased with the work done at Superior and I strongly recommend them if you care a lot about your vehicle and expect high quality work. Took me months to get it settled and still taking my car to be redone because they messed the top up so bad.
