I looked at multiple shops and chose this one based on the owner I recall his name being Justin, he seemed reliable and very down to earth. Now to the vehicle only 3 months old. The damage was to the rear bumper/ the quarter panel was dented right at the seem from the bumper breaking off and slapping against it. Upon picking up the car. Only the rear bumper was repaired and it looks alright had some paint drips towards the bottom/ orange peel look.. quarter panel still had the small dents from the impact. The bumper wasn't flush with the body due the quarter panel not being repaired and was also missing clips...the rear diffuser and mud flaps would actually move around and slap the bottom of the car/bumper at highway speeds. Also, when closing the rear doors something sounded loose when closing the rear doors. Dealership told me they probably didn't replace the cabin air pressure relief vents. They let air escape when you close the doors. They simply got a bumper and painted it. I could've done the same, brought the bumper somewhere to be painted and installed it myself in a couple of hours and kept the $6600 insurance check. Now I did bring to car back to hear the owners excuse. They didn't see it but it's located where the bumper clips to the body you would have to press the bumper into the clips.. He randomly babbled about the car being paint under the bumper.. figures the only way to prove that would be removing the bumper lol. I just couldn't leave the car with them again. Bought some new clips myself and I left the small dents on the quarter panel.. read more

Amazing! I doubt I could ever have found a more professional, accurate, accomodating body shop. The rear bumper repair they did for me is PERFECT. I also know for a fact that their prices are very reasonable in comparision to others. I was probably in and out within 45 minutes which was great because I figured the job would take much longer. These guys don't mess around. Ask for Justin who is part of the family who started the business in the 1940s. My daughter was in an accident that caused substantial damage to the hood and the front end of my car. Justin was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond what I expected. The car looks like a brand-new car, better than even before the accident. Just recently we discovered that the windshield wiper fluid dispenser was not working. Someone hit my car on the left fender and this shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. When I got there, the owner and I were having a conversation about the accident and he informed me that since the accident was being absorbed by the other person's insurance that I should drop the claim with my insurance and use theirs. I've never been in an accident and didn't know anything about the process so that was much appreciated. The owner, Justin, informed me that only OEM parts would be used for the replacements. After the repairs were made and I went to pick up the car, I noticed right away the hood was fitting much better (the car had been in an accident before I bought it). When I asked about this, I was told that the car had a lot of bonding agent and glue and it was put back together very cheaply. The shop then repaired the car as per factory standard. They paint matched the new parts and even detailed the car. Not that I had doubts about the work, but I checked to see the repairs when I got home and compared it to a stock RT and I was mirrored. I had popped my right front fender out when I forced the car through a snowbank. A small part of the grill also came out. Another shop gave me a quote of $1500. I was told it would require a new fender and grill and would take 4-6 days. Justin at Albertson Auto Body popped everything back in in 3 minutes which included a couple of small black pieces.
