This has to be about my fifth time using Willis Auto Collision in Albertson, NY, and they have never once disappointed. Most recently, my daughter was hit by another car, and once again Willis Auto Collision took care of everything from start to finish. I did not have to do anything with the at-fault driver's insurance company. Christine took care of it all. They made sure the car was repaired flawlessly and returned the car back to us looking just as new as the day we purchased it. I can't say enough about the incredible team--Christine, Nick, Sammy (the owner), and the entire staff. They always go above and beyond to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care are unmatched. I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars. I can't explain how amazing this shop is in words. They are so professional, and Nick was amazing, and just the nicest. They made me feel like family! They made my 2013 Mini Cooper look BRAND NEW, and the price was what I thought underpriced for the amount of work and care they put in. Extremely happy with the work this place did on my BMW after my wife was hit in the driver's side, damaging both front and rear doors (and whatever else got whacked) WAC is also set up to rent Enterprise cars right on premise. Since the other driver was at fault I didn't even have to deal with the insurance. WAC made all the necessary calls to the driver's insurance company. Only thing I had to do was drive it in, wait for the repairs to be completed, and pick it up. Jonathan and Sammy took great care of me, and the car looks brand new. read more

Treated Like family. I honestly don't even know where to begin, it's such a long story of what I went through, so I will just hit the main points: 1) My car got hit 2) Police woman suggested towing it to A1 Grand on Herricks Rd. because "they are great guys" 3) I was cheated, lied to, and ripped off by the NOT good guys at that place and on top of that, they messed up the car by using pieces that didn't fit and drilled into my car to make them fit. 4) Willis Avenue Collision, specifically Dominick a manager there, spent hours on the phone with me, my insurance company.....and me, again, over and over giving me advice before even knowing if he would have any business out of it. I felt guilty taking so much of his time, but I was so desperate for help. 5) Dominick took my car after it was done at the chop shop on Herricks and he inspected it like a surgeon, from top to bottom. He took pictures, made lists, and then called my insurance and got them to pay again so he could fix my car the right way. He found that the other place didn't even fix things they charged for and then he fixed them. I cannot say enough about this place and Dominick, also Nick at their BP service station across the street. Man, I truly feel like I was treated like family. The most amazingly honest and professional company. I am truly grateful for everything they did for me and I will be giving this review anywhere I can as it is the very least I can do, not just for them, but for anyone else out there like me who finds themselves in a desperate situation and needs good, fair work by kind and caring people. read more

I took my car in half hour before they close to have my car bumper fixed after a twig on the road got caught in it and lifted part of it out, Josh helped me immediately popped the bumper in place and didn't even charge me for it, wouldn't even accept a tip. I can honestly say I would recommend this shop to anyone! I called them on a whim (never used them before) because my driver side window would not roll up two days before all of this rain. I had an event that I was running at Herricks Middle School so I left my car there and told them I'd be back at 8:30 pm to pick it up. They told me they'd leave it across the street at the gas station. Unfortunately, Josh called me at 8:15 saying his coworker forgot to leave the keys, but to go home (to lindenhurst) and he would deliver the car to me so I had it for work in the morning. Sure enough, at 11:30 pm Josh personally delivered my car to my house and took an Uber home. That is true customer service. I would absolutely bring my car there again, no question! read more

Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8 week of work. they claim to have missed several pieces that needed to be fixed at the first inspection, showing they do not put a lot of work into it. The car failed the inspection even after taking double the time. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else. read more
