As a customer whom used their services on 3…read moreoccasions since 2007 the moment you make contact with these folks you feel you're dealing with the right people. Workmanship is among the best throughout this industry and as important is that they don't make promises they can't keep as well as they're not looking to fleece you with a ridiculous price for a repair. My experience is that they're just a good group of people who take pride in what they do. When they inspect your auto's damage for repair it's truly straightforward. They tell what's to get done, how they're going to do it and how longs it's going to take as well as the cost they expect to charge. I've used Phil's with a newer auto twice which was covered for that damage by my insurance as well as paid for one vehicle without going through insurance, with each instance being fully satisfied by what a great job was done and how quickly, as well as fairly priced. Highly recommend as I'm confident they're as professional as it gets.

I've been a customer for years my car has been here 3 times, the first two best service possible,…read more My most recent visit started off well, when I was told my car was ready by Stella I arrived and my alignment wasn't done when I asked for the printout Bruno said he would get it done and had someone drop my car off, then I noticed one of my tires is mismatched, was told I would get a phone call when it arrives it's been 2 weeks, my front plate & bracket were also not centered upon delivery so I had them fix it the next day. I personally buff and polish my car every single year (did it in May last) only to get it back with swirl marks all over but I'm not gonna be a pain about that cause I do it once a year . This is not the same service they had years ago As of today I was cleaning the inside of my car and my tint exempt sticker is missing so safe to say my car might never be coming back in the future

I initially received an estimate from my mechanic's referral, but the other driver thought it was a bit high and requested a second opinion at Keri Coach Works. Having driven the mean streets of NY for over 25 years, this was surprisingly my very first accident, so I didn't quite know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless. Stella at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and let me know that Adriene would be doing the walkthrough. Adriene was an absolute godsend. He walked me through the entire process and patiently answered every single question running through my mind regarding costs, parts, insurance claims, timelines, and logistics. His professionalism completely put me at ease, and I felt confident leaving my vehicle there for the repairs. The communication didn't stop there. The same day I dropped off the car, Adriene followed up to explain exactly what parts were damaged after a closer examination, providing a clear, updated timeline. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, and my car was actually completed earlier than expected! As a major bonus, the shop is both I-CAR certified and an Acura Certified Collision Repair Facility, which gave me extra peace of mind. While I hope I never get into another accident, Keri Coach Works will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Another Five-Star Experience By Haven Auto Body…read more An absolute gem, truly in a class of their own. This was my third time working with them, and they somehow managed to outdo themselves. I brought them my 17-year-old Lexus LS 600h, which had definitely seen better days. The paint was peeling on the roof rail, and there were dings and scratches on the hood, roof, moldings, and side panels, years of wear showing loud and clear. I also needed the moonroof hatch removed and restored, the color perfectly matched, clear coated, sanded, and buffed. What I got back looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I'm talking jaw dropping, head turning, impossibly pristine. The paint match was flawless. The finish is like glass. They even restored and clear coated my headlights, which had yellowed with age. Now they're crystal clear and brighter than ever. Every scratch, every imperfection, gone. They didn't just restore the car, they RESURRECTED it. But what really sets Haven apart is the care. These folks are artists, meticulous, passionate, and deeply committed to doing things right. On top of that, they're warm, trustworthy, and make you feel like your car is their top priority. It's rare to find this kind of pride in craftsmanship, and even rarer at such a fair price. If I could give them more than 10 stars, I would. Haven Auto Body is the gold standard. Don't even think twice, just go.
