** 100/10 - Highly Recommend Bayside Collision Shop!**…read more Justin was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! His professionalism, honesty, and customer service made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. From our first conversation, Justin took the time to understand my situation and even recommended the best rental car option to make sure I was covered for the entire repair process. I truly appreciated his transparency. I've had vehicles with less damage take over a month to repair, so when he confidently told me my car would be ready in about two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised. They ended up finishing just three days later than originally estimated, which was still incredibly impressive given the quality of the work. Because I'm active-duty military stationed out of state, I wasn't able to pick up my car as soon as it was ready. I communicated my availability, and Justin and his team were more than accommodating. When I arrived, my car was washed, detailed, and waiting for me. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. My car looks absolutely amazing, and you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. It's not easy trusting someone with your vehicle, but Justin and his team treated my car with the same care and attention they would their own. If you're looking for a collision shop that's honest, efficient, communicates well, and delivers exceptional results, look no further than Bayside Collision Shop. Thank you, Justin and the entire team, for your professionalism, understanding, and outstanding work. **100/10--I would recommend this shop to anyone!**

My friend recommended me to Bayside Collision to have body work done and I dealt with Arthur. When…read moreI picked up the car I did check it but when I returned home in the evening I found multiple problems of swirls and imperfections when the light was shining on it. I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it. Learn from my mistake, don't pay cash and look at it under a bright light and so you can see the true quality of work.
