Visit Dates: December 1, 2022 and December 7, 2022 Unfortunately I had a car accident last week. I thought everything was going to take a long time to handle but thankfully geico got me set up to drop my car off to all hour collision the day after the accident. I was checking the claim on geico's mobile app and I was estimating I would be expected to pick the car up on Friday. To my surprise they called me at work and they had the car ready for me to pick up on my lunch break. As soon as my lunch hour time got around I ran to the time clock and drove the rental to all hours. I paid my deductible, they got the car ready for me and pulled it up. The employees I dealt with were so helpful and I am impressed with the work they did to fix my car. Hopefully nothing like this happens for awhile but I'm just glad it was all on the minor side and resolved fairly quickly! read more

There for a glass claim. They scratched the entire side of my car on the rear passenger door. I told them I'm not taking the car unless the damage was fixed. Some insane lady who works the desk was screaming at me about their mistake. They buffed it a little and it looked like crap. I said that the quick repair they did looks awful. She said well if you don't like it I can put the scratches back in the door for you. I told that idiot she already did such a good job the first time why bother. NEVER GO HERE. Last year a tree fell on my car with just short of enough damage to total it. Thankful for All Hour who made it loojing new again. My luck ran out again and my car was hit by someone running a red light. At least All Hour knows how to make my car new again, and has Geico rep and Enterprise right there in the office for everything to run smooth. DO NOT GO HERE If I could give them a zero I would. This has to have been the worse experience I've ever received in terms of customer service. My car was rear-ended a week and a half ago, so Geico advised me to go here. Once I got the damage costs assessed by Geico, I went back and asked if it was possible to take the car and check other repair shops as $4500 seems very steep for a trunk, rear body and rear bumper repair. Before asking this, Naomi was very helpful and attentive, but after asking this she gave me a hard time for minor things like asking exactly what needed to be repaired in my car. I picked the car up today and the front and rear bumpers were off when they gave it back to me, since I've never put one of these on, I asked if I could get some assistance and they proceeded to tell me that the hinges were destroyed in the car crash and wondered why exactly the claims adjuster didn't explain that to me. Since I couldn't just put the bumpers in the back seat of my car since it's a sedan, I attempted to put the bumpers on and wouldn't you know, not a single hinge was broken and went on just fine. The people that operate this shop simply care to make a profit off of you and their sense of customer service only goes as far as to fulfill that. If Geico suggests that you go to this repair shop, ask them if there is another site they can send you to. read more

My rear bumper was loose so I brought my car into All Hour Collision this morning. The nicest lady took care of me and told me I could pick it up in an hour or so. I was expecting to pay for at least an hour of work time, but when I came to pick it up, she said, it took the guy less than 10 minutes to fix, no charge, and Happy Thanksgiving! Picked up my Subaru yesterday and could not be happier with the results or the customer service. They went above and beyond what I would have been happy with. I was having a door replaced, so I was told that it would take about a week. I mentioned to them I would also like the windshield replaced since it was cracked, and also would like an inspection and oil change. They did not do the work on the latter two, but they made arrangements with the mechanic next door to take care it. During the week they sent me a text update when the car was over 50% done (62% in my case), and then again when the car was ready. Not that I don't want to talk to these people, but is so appreciated when you are work and have a lot going on. How many shops are this proactive? As I mentioned earlier, I brought the car in for the door. I also had a cosmetic scratch, about 18 inches long, on the front driver's side fender from someone at the beach that was not carrying their beach chair very well. I said nothing about this scratch to All Hour, but when I picked it up yesterday I noticed it was gone when I came home. No charge and it wasn't even mentioned to me. Even if this only took a minute to do (I really don't know), how cool is it that this place did this? The car is being put up for sale this weekend, so this is even more helpful. At the end of the day I was incredibly happy with both All Hour, and the mechanic next door - who I never even talked to or paid, All Hour handled everything. If you're thinking of bringing your car here, do not hesitate. I wouldn't sweat the one star reviews on here, the two of them have 3 reviews in total, and one of those certainly looks fake. A special thank you to Naomi, which I think was the woman that was there last night, for her communication throughout, and for her help last night. I found the people at All hour collision to be extremely professional they ease my fears by explaining the process of taking in and repairing my baby. When my vehicle was returned it was show room condition! I know if I ever have the misfortune of another fender bender I will go to the professionals at all hour conclusion. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Geico assigned me to this shop when my brand new car was hit. They called me to tell me my car was ready and when I went to pick it up before work in the morning I still had to wait on it only to find that there was damage on the car that was not there before! It looked like a burn in the paint on the side of the car that was not being repaired. When I questioned it, Naomi said it was "bird poop" that had eaten away at the paint. Brand new car, there for 2 weeks and bird poop ate a hole in the paint? She tells me to wait 5 minutes and they will take care of it. I was already late for work. 20 minutes go by and I'm still waiting, so she tells me to bring it back when I have more time. I refused and left it to pick up later. I went and read the reviews and all the negative ones had the same experience as me! I called and told her I would be back on my lunch break at 2 pm. I get there at 2:15 pm and she tells me they are working on it. Not to mention the job itself was amateur work at best. You could see where the car was painted! The owner, who tells me he's been doing this for 47 years, says "it's called orange peel" when you see a texture to the paint. OK, except it didn't match the rest of the car! Had my car fixed there as recommended through Geico, however I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was told my car was repaired but the car was returned to me with further damage than what I brought it in with. They didn't take good care of my vehicle and lacked attention to detail. The autoshop also dented my rental vehicle when I returned it to their location causing headaches of paperwork and claims to file because the autoshop passed it off as if I returned the car that way. Worst auto repair company I ever experienced. I dropped off my BMW to get minor repairs and it took over a month. The staff was rude and they scam people by making them pay cash so they can file a claim later. My car was not fixed properly and I had to spend more money going some where else. I didn't have to stalk them for status, their waiting area was the most beatitiful auto shop waiting room I've ever seen, It was clean, the people were super nice and they had the added convenience of having a geico rep on site. I was given a median priced estimate for a dented bumper but when I decided to go through insurance, suddenly their price was reduced to match what Geico would pay to the penny. They were aware that I was responsible for 50% of the insurance claim. They had the car for 8 days and didn't call at which point I called and was told they found more damage and the price would be what turned out to be 70% more and they had already had Geico down to look at it and they worked out the deal. The car would be ready in 2 more days and when I wasn't able to pick up the car at that time, they threatened to charge me $25 a day storage fee. It's bad enough they ripped me off, but they did a terrible job: I immediately noticed two areas that were chipped and uneven. I am furious at the devious manner in which they maneuvered to get more money out of me (they blamed the Geico adjuster for not calling me) and the extra charges looked completely fabricated and I don't believe they did half the stuff. Do not get involved with these sleezebags. read more
