I've been here a few times and the service is always excellent. It's a GEICO Express Service Shop, so the GEICO adjuster is on site, as well as an Enterprise office - no commuting back and forth for everything. Every time I've come, the staff has been friendly and the repairs were timely. They kept me updated every step of the way and usually completed repairs a day or two early. Awful awful awful!!!!!! I only gave one star because i could not give negative stars. My wife's car was hit while it was parked and this shop was recommended to us by Geico (I love geico, but boy they dropped the ball recommending this place). the car was brought to their shop and we had to wait 3-4 weeks for the repairs (which i understand due to the excessive amount of damage). What i do not understand is why my wife had to keep calling them to get the initial assessment???? Secondly when my wife went to pick up her car the first time there was a dent in the door they did not repair, and they guy did not even offer an apology, it was not until my wife said she would not take it with the dent that he offered to repair it. So my wife had to leave the car and come back a second time. Ok, everything is hunky doory right? Wrong? On the way home the TMPS light blinks and stays on, blinking indicates a fault in the system, not low air (which i verified by checking the air anyway). In addition we also noticed that they did not replace our centercaps which was heavily scratched up from the accident. We call them and had to go back a 3rd time!!!! Person on the phone told my wife to be there between 8-11. We show up at 9, we are informed the person handling it does not even show up until 10!!!! Why would you tell us to be there before then?! We leave the car there, it's been 3 days and no one has called us yet. I call them for an update. Instead of updating me they state they will call me back.... I am sick of phone tag! Look, the car is less then 1 year old, that car was in perfect condition before the accident. When it comes out the body shop it should be in perfect condition. The first time!!!!! Where is the quality control in this place? Everytime we have to go there it is time and money out of our pockets! This place is horrid, unprofessional and does not care about it's customers. They is no quality control and horrific communication. By all means stay away from this place. read more

Worst experience ever. I only went here because it was a Geico related shop. 1st time i picked up the car after it was "repaired" the steering wheel and alignment was off in addition to one of the door panels not fully being clipped in. 2nd time the alignment was corrected BUT the steering was still off and the door panel was still not clipped. 3rd time everything was finally fixed but the mechanic left grease marks all over the leather handle on the driver side. No good. Will never use or recommend in the future. read more

I picked up my car this morning and was left disappointed and annoyed with the lack of assistance I received when it came time to transfer my things from the rental to my car. The "men" who worked there walked by numerous times and not a single one asked if I needed help especially seeing that I had to park the rental around the corner. I have no clue about cars but he walked me through everything that had to be done. He worked with my insurance company and made a bad situation into a positive one. I was involved in a car accident and I just loved that they had the Geico rep there to do the estimate. The team at the shop and the gieco adjuster kept me up to date and informed step by step from the time they received the car thru it being repaired and was called when it was time to be picked up. I was able to leave my enterprise rental with them and they took care of returning the rental for me. It was by hands the only good thing about he accident was the care and support given by this shop. read more

Just want to say that Cross Island Collision is a very exceptional auto collision body shop. It's also arguably the best Geico claim center within Queens and Long Island. I dropped off my 2005 Honda Accord for some lite repairs after Hurricane Sandy besmirched her. They restored my baby to a mint condition that was even BETTER than it was in before the Hurricane. Their staff was very friendly, personal and attentive. The nine day wait for my vehicle to be restored was worth every minute. Check them out! read more

This place was recommended by geico. My brand new car with 5,000 miles was hit on the door. I was debating if I should take it there or to my regular mechanic. I decided to try it out. So convenient to have enterprise rent a car and geico claims adjuster there. Everything was done right, and smooth. Check in and out was done in about 30 minutes. The only problem was the interior was dirty full of dust and a smell of paint, but hey what do you expect from an auto shop. read more

I had my mercedes Benz back bumper repainted since there were many dents and scratches That happened over several years. When i picked up my car there was a gap between the bumper and the upper body of the car, as if the bumper was not put correctly. Months later the bumper paint started coming off. Bottom line I'm not going back again. It's a very popular place and they get many customers, but the service I received was poor. read more
