My 2017 Honda Accord was hit while it was parked, front end collision by an SUV, it was pretty bad, I was initially referred by my insurance company to goto a partner auto body shop (not gonna name them) and I did contact few other auto shops nearby but didn't feel settled where to go. Finally, I decided to go with insurance recommendation but on my way to drop off my car, I decided to stop by All County Collision in Elmont by chance and I met with Noberto, it was a pleasure meeting and talking with him, he explained everything so simply and the necessary things that should be done all before even seeing my banged up car, all the while no pressure to use them or anything, it was like talking to a friend. Then he took me inside to meet Jen, the front desk and basically the goto person, she was wonderful, did everything and made it easy for me, took 3 weeks as expected but oh boy!!!! When I went to pick up my car, it looked liked brand new, felt like the time I went to pick it up from dealership, SUPERB Job. I wanted to place this review for All County Collision because of the great service and assistance I received after a car accident. After the accident, my car was towed to the All County Collision shop. From there, the staff helped me with my car rental and assisted in making sure I was covered 100%. Tom, the owner of All County personally informed me of all decisions made pertaining to the repair of my car. He explained in detail the steps of what I am entitled to and what it entails to getting my car back promptly. He gave me options and choices in addition to what his shop can offer. Tom made sure I wasn't pressured into agreeing to something that I didn't fully understand. This company was recommended by a friend who can't stop singing their praises. So, my car a 2020 Hyundai Kona Limited 1.6 turbo was hit by a deer. Front passenger side headlight and led damaged. The deers antlers hit the hood and left a visible impression on the hood. The deer was fine by the way, and ran off back into the woods. My insurance company insisted that I take it to one of their preferred body shops for the initial quote. This company refused to open the hood as they didn't want to the car to become "undriveable" if the hood wouldn't click back into place. With their estimate in-hand I went to All County (and specifically Tom), and they took over. I left the car with them, and as soon as they opened the hood, they found a lot more hidden damage. The insurance adjuster ok'd the revised estimate and, once the parts came in, the car was back to its original condition. All the spacing around the hood, and the front wing, were straight and evenly spaced. The car looked as though all the paint had been buffed and polished, although that may have been just a thorough clean. I can't recommend All County enough. Took my car to All county Collision for my bumper on a recommendation by family. When I got there I was greeted by Joanne who is an absolute pleasure to speak with. She walked me though the whole process and answer every question I had from the insurance part to the rental of a car. Left my car with the shop and received my car in decent time. Some shops keep your care for what seems like forever but All County did a very good job with the time frame on the repair. Once I was called to pick up my car Joanne worked with me on a pick up time. Picked up my car on a Saturday (short hours on Saturday, great for someone who works all week) was greeted by Jeanette who made the pickup process smooth and simple. Once I picked up my car I was completely satisfied with the quality of work and show room look of my car. the paint has been perfectly matched and there is Virtually no evidence of past damage. It looks like it just came out of the factory, perhaps even better. In Albany, when it was snowing, my son's car was swiped on the whole driver's side. It was terrible, even emotional seeing my son's car, that he cares for a lot, to be ruined. From the front bumper to the rear bumper, including the sideview mirror, and car door, it was bad. The sideview mirror would be hanging on its last strand of wires. I remember two years ago, I brought in my 2004 Mazda 6, which was also badly hit, to All County Collision. Let me tell you, they did an amazing job making my Mazda look brand new compared to how it was before. Because of my Mazda coming out beautifully, I decided to bring in my son's car in order for it to come out beautiful just like the Mazda. And guess what? They did a splendid job, they were even generous to do something else to my car, which I am thankful for. Mr. Tom and his team from All County Collision did a wonderful job. So unfortunately I recently had to deal with a local Auto Body Repair shop after banging up my Durango pretty good. Fortunately I used this place All County Collision in Elmont on Hempstead Turnpike. Lived in the area for years so I've heard of them before and never heard anything negative about them so without doing any shopping around I felt comfortable giving them the job without any hesitation, and let me tell you that I'm glad I did. Every employee from there was a pleasure to deal with. From the dude who picked up my vehicle from the scene, to the receptionist(s), to the technicians and as well as the owner. Everyone was extremely helpful, kept me informed with the status of my vehicle and the car came out great. They honestly made a crappy situation into a delight. I have used All County before. I wouldn't even consider using someone else. I was involved in an accident coming out of the toll plaza at the George Washington Bridge when my Audi A6 was crushed on the driver's side by a massive truck transporting cars. Thankfully, I wasn't injured, but its a harrowing place to have an accident. After calling the police my next call was to All County. I had the police tow me off the road and All County took over from there. They sent their own tow, handled the insurance claim, arranged for a rental car and ultimately did a superb job repairing my car. No one ever wants to get into an accident, but if you do, this is the company to use. They make a stressful situation as stress free as possible. By far one of the best body shops on the island...to start off with they have great customer service which is important because first impression counts for a lot..right from the start you feel welcomed which eases some of the stress that you were already experiencing from having to come to auto body repair shop to begin with. I brought my 2014 bmw in for repair to the rear bumper and side quarter panel and I wish I had taken before and after price because the work these guys did for me it would be impossible to tell that it had prior damage...From great customer service to the exceptional job they did on my 2014 bmw I mean the attention to details is like no other..I recommend these guys in a heartbeat you will be doing yourself Your car and your pockets an injustice if you have body work done on your car and it wasn't done by them.. keep up the good work guys I'm deff impressed read more

So someone backed into me when I was parked outside my daughters school - the damage wasn't bad but my bumper was scratched - and my car is leased. We exchanged phone numbers and I was planning on getting an estimate on the damage. I work full time so it was difficult to find the time to stop and get an estimate. A week went by and Saturday morning while driving on Hempstead turnpike I pulled into All County Collision (on a whim). I asked for an estimate - 15 minutes later I drive away- no charge. Eric took the time to see if he could buff out the scratches- he did. The woman at the desk - I feel awful I never asked her name - is someone you'd want to hang out with. It was such a pleasant experience for me. My 16 year old sequoia was hit really bad which severed my bumper plus other damages and my hood required painting.
