Nuzzi Bros Auto Collision = solid, proactive, went above and beyond, took care of my vehicle when I was 11000 miles away, arranged and had it picked up early in the morning, kept me informed regularly, did extra work and fixed/ replaced the trunk assembly latch apparatus and did not charge me, dealt with GEICO from day 1 to completion, did an unbelievable job fixing the damage to my rear bumper and the trunk with a visible post impact gap. ( photo), washed and polished the vehicle. Phil you are awesome. You run a great operation. Pat you are so kind and accommodating. Thank you for your calm demeanor and taking all my stress away. Mike- my first point of contact - you were simply the best and were so patient with my sporadic texting. Sorry I called you late one night. Nuzzi Bros Auto Collision did a stellar job on my vehicle after my accident. I feel like I am in new wheels. Very grateful. Call them Monday to Friday. They are the best of the very best. read more

Just picked up my car from NUZZI. They did a beautiful job. They were friendly, professional and I would highly recommend.

Nuzzi has been in business for as long as I can remember living here for the past 30 years in New Hyde Park. We have used them in the past several times and they have always been honest and efficient with estimates and communicating with the insurance company and us. I know Tony for a very long time, he is very concern for his customers and his quality of workmanship. Recently my daughter's car was in for repair with extensive damage and even though it was difficult getting parts due to covid which everyone was experiencing Tony and Mike always tried different vendors to acquire the parts needed to get the car back to her ASAP because she was paying for a rental. It did take over a month, but we were kept up to date with the progress and received the car when promised in excellent condition. Nuzzi has been and always will be out go to body shop when necessary. read more

My car took over a month to repair. We kept getting false promises that it was going to be done in a week and a half and it just kept getting pushed out over and over again. If you want that kind of service then go here read more

My 2019 Forester was given to Tony during the pandemic. He was very honest with reference to the nationwide shortage of car parts. However, he certainly tried and succeeded in obtaining the necessary parts in record time. All during the process he was communicative, concerned, and followed through getting the car back to me even earlier than anticipated. The job was excellent and "my baby" was shining with newness.. he even cleaned and got the car washed. I highly recommend him!! read more

Tony and the team at Nuzzi are fantastic. My Maserati looks brand new. They were reliable and reasonable, and in communication with me from drop off to pick up. Happy for the recommendation and impressed with overall service read more

My Dodge Ram was in an accident with damage to it's bumper and the tailgate. I picked Nuzzi Bros auto collision as it was one of the choices given by my insurance company. I was greeted by Tony and Mike and dropped off the car. I was promised the car will be ready in a week. During this time, I was kept up to date with the process via text messages and a couple of calls. I picked up the car exactly in a week and the work done was absolutely perfect as it never had any damage. read more

I needed a front bumper replaced on my car and I brought the car to Tony to fix. Well the job they did was excellent - you would never know the bumper was replaced. I highly recommend Nuzzi Bros. - I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Had work done on my jetta. Front bumper plus came out absolutely flawless, but that should be expected from any good repair shop. What wasn't expected is this- I called the shop a couple of weeks after the work was done and explained to them that I couldn't find my tow hook. I also told them that I might have misplaced it and if they could just look around the shop to see if it was there. When he couldn't find it he immediately ordered me a new one free of charge. Beyond doing great work and being very professional, this is one place that knows how to take care of their customers. read more

Tony knows his stuff and is very accommodating. He actually was in Florida (on vacation) but still managed to help me with my issue (had to do with some part that needs to be ordered). I would recommend this auto shop to everybody. Look for Tony! read more

I don't think anyone should support this body shop until they publicly address their complete disregard for public safety and what steps they will take to correct the issue. On 7/6/17 at approximately 4:40pm a Nuzzi tow truck was speeding down the center turn lanes passed traffic. Then a car turning left entered the turn lane, instead of slowing down, Nuzzi's tow truck then swerved around into oncoming traffic and continued speeding down the turn lane despite nearly causing a multi-car collision. At another intersection, the same Nuzzi tow truck pulled up to cars stopped at a red light and crossed over the double yellow line, went into the oncoming lane of traffic around the stopped cars and ran a red light. This type of driving is unacceptable. You're supposed to fix cars from others collisions, not almost cause your own collisions. read more

I have dealt with Nuzzi Auto Body several times over the years and always came away completely satisfied. Tony and his team are highly skilled and trustworthy. They treat you like family. I would NEVER take my business elsewhere. Absolutely the best in the business. read more

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. It is the place to go for auto body work in the New Hyde Park area. Geico will try to steer you to a body shop nearby where they have an office but you should come here. Tony who I believe is the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He's very personable and attentive to you. The work is done very professionally. If you need body work in the NHP area you should definitely come here. read more
