I was about 6 months pregnant when ii was referred to these guys by my accountant. From my first time stepping into their shop they were 100% professional and made sure they walked me through every step in setting up my reservations for the next few weeks while they fixed mmh car. The son Jr was extremely helpful he made sure the rental company gave me somethin nice and spacious and affordable and he even made sure my car was fixed in under 2 weeks. They called me weekly with updates and when mY Insurnace company had any issues with the vehicle they took care of it right there at the body shop. When I got my car back the father which is the owner informed me my car had been detailed and had been ready for me to take home . They returned the rental for me. My car looked good as new. I wish I could give a review of their work, but I never used their services. I attempted to use United based on a friends recommendation. I met a cranky older gentleman (possibly Phil Sr?). I generally avoid doing business with unpleasant people, but I was told they did good work, so I decided to disregard his inability to seem grateful for the potential business. He gave me an estimate and we set up a time to drop my car off. When I attempted to drop the car off, he and another rude employee told me that they didn't have any room for my car. He scoffed and suggested I "leave it on the street...I don't know what to tell you." No apology, no attempt to suggest any alternative aside from "bring it back tomorrow." Best guys in NYC. I came here for an estimate for some minor body work and Phil (JR) was pretty nice. So nice I decided to let him work on my car. Got it back fast and it looked great! Later I purchased some leather seats and had them installed. Unfortunately the place that installed them didn't do the job quite right. So I came back to United Auto Body and talked to Phil (SR.) he took time out of his busy schedule and put his top guy on my airbag issue. Within 30 minutes or so they both fixed my problem.
