wonderful service!! Everyone I encountered was extremely professional. I expected to pay 500 to 1000 and the cost of my repair was 150. Needless to say I was extremely happy. Unfortunately, this is my second interaction, but both were extremely wonderful. I highly recommend them. Thank you, read more

Excellent Service! The entire side of my car was damaged, and when they were finished it looked better than when it came out of the show room. Outstanding repairs and prompt, honest friendly service. There are a lot of shops in the area but I highly recommend Finish Line.

I will only use Finish Line Collision from now on! My car looks better than before the accident! I was rear ended and they took care of EVERYTHING! so far- awesome experience- first time i have been in an accident that was not my fault. Demetri took of everything- worked with the liable insurance agency and worked with the local rental agency for a comparable full size sedan. Basically took care of everything. read more

My husband Fix his car in this placed last year. When they fixed the vehicle, it took them a lot more than the time they gave us. Now we have been requesting invoices from them, and they are giving us hard time to provide us with invoices. They said they will email it in a week. now three weeks have passed and they still telling us we have to patient for a simple receipt. they are too busy and cannot take time to provide us something that belongs to us and should have been given to us before. they are only efficient when is time to collect our money other than everything else would be too hard to get and too much of a hassle with them read more

Was really happy with the work completed on my car after it was hit while parked. Upon pickup, my VW Jetta looked brand new! They went above and beyond with their care. My adjuster Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no doubt my car was in capable hands. The ONLY reason for taking away a star was because they had my car for a month which I though was a bit too long considering the damage. I had a rental car which was helpful, but I hated having it for that long mostly because I didn't want anything to happen to it! Otherwise, great experience read more

My point of contact, Carlos and his Crew did fantastic body work repairs on my 2016 Mazda CX-5. They were recommended by my insurance carrier, Allstate. Communication between Allstate and them was effortless, requiring very little effort on my part. They look to be a busy shop. Yet, they kept the car for a reasonable amount of time and had the car ready for me on the day they specified they would. Kudos to them. read more

My 2016 BMW 328i was hit on its front left side by an inattentive driver. After filing a claim through the other driver's insurance, I brought the car to BMW of Brooklyn because they said they could "facilitate" the collision repair. They, in turn transported my car to Finish Line for completion of the job. They have a standing contract for collisions. I dropped my car off at BMW of Brooklyn on 9/28/2020. The car was received by Finish Line on 9/29/2020. Next the inspection by the insurance representative occurred on 9/30/2020. After the inspection I was contacted by a Finish Line manager who told me the job would be done in about a week. I assumed that meant sometime on or about October 7th, 2020. At first I was impressed because the insurance estimate gave them until October 14th to complete the job. When I called on October 7th, I was told that the car was still "in the shop." I wasn't given any detail as to how far along the process they were. I called again the next day and was told the car was still being worked on and that it would not be ready until the next week. I waited out the weekend and then called on 10/12/2020, at which point I was told that the car was not going to be ready until Wednesday (10/14/2020). At this point I was already frustrated that they blew through the first verbal time estimate. It didn't help that I was driving an underpowered, undersized car rental that did not compare in any way to my BMW. My thinking at that time was that they delayed finishing my car because the insurance estimate gave them until the 14th. They had my car captive so what could I do and what did they care (again my thoughts). Wednesday October 14th comes and I'm expecting a call that my car is ready and that they'll deliver it to me that day. The call never came. Instead I had to call them in the early afternoon to ask why my car was MIA. Imagine my thoughts as they informed me that the car was waiting for a paint job and that it would not be ready until the following Thursday or Friday (10/15 or 10/16)! My patience and self control started to falter in my frustration so I pressed them on an actual day that the car would be 100% ready with no excuses. They agreed to Friday. Did I forget to mention that the rental was supposed to only be available until 10/14/2020. Finish Line agreed to cover the extra two days but again that was little consolation because the car (a Chevy Spark) was utterly useless for the things I normally do with my car. To compound matters further, I work in a hospital and I need to get there at any time of day or night. I found out last minute that I had to be there Thursday night, through the night, into Friday daytime. So last second I had to return the car rental Thursday night then use mass transit to get to work. Friday morning when I called it seemed like they weren't sure when the car could be delivered but they assured me they could do it before 3pm (i.e. the end of my shift). A woman at the front desk finally started texting me updates about the car's transport. After about 19 days without my car it arrived at my hospital looking great! Which brings me to an unfortunate summary. The work looks a solid 5 stars. The communication and timeliness was completely unacceptable save for transport updates. If at the beginning they told me they would take the full time until 10/14 to fix the car, I would've accepted it and mentally prepared myself to be without the car for the duration. Instead they gave me false hope and then were exceedingly late in returning my car. Use them if you must but brace yourself for an extended amount of time without your baby. read more

Short version - all my future work will goto Cesare from now on. Long version below. My race car was badly damaged at NJMP race track on 6/15. Cesare and his team repaired the car and it came out AMAZING better than before and a new color. His staff is second to none, I have used many different body shops before and no one comes even close to the attention to detail and quick turnaround time. To be honest I was worried based on my past experiences with other body shops they always seem to cut corners somewhere, but not Cesare, he was always there to talk, give advice, and provided daily updates. My car was ready for my race tech to handle the mechanicals by 7/20. My tech was so thoroughly impressed by the work even he said he would use them in the future for his own race car. Mind you the rear of the car was DESTROYED and required an ENTIRE rebuild. Frame needed to be straightened. The workmanship done by his crew was nothing short of spectacular. If I could make this 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. My service from start to Finish (pun intended) was impeccable and stress free. I dropped my car for repair due to an auto accident. My entire bumper was smashed and was about to fall off at any moment. The office manager, Demetrio was so amazing and professional, I will refer this repair shop to anyone. From the start, he was courteous and knowledgeable about how to proceed with my service. He called the car rental, reserved a car, drove me there and gave me details on my next steps. My car took about two weeks to be completed and he reached out along the way to let me know the status. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new or I must say, even better than when I originally purchased it. Finish Line went above and beyond to make sure that my car was back to normal and working as good as new. Demetrio and staff are truly professionals and great at what they do. It feels so good when you get top shelf service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

Sharing my incredible experience with Finish Line Auto Collision in Valley Stream NY and their outstanding work on my vehicle. From the moment I spoke to the young lady on the phone, she reassured me that she would handle everything, and she truly delivered on that promise from start to finish. Meeting Caesar and Demetrius, who took care of every detail, and the smooth process of arranging my car rental that came and picked me up, made this the most flawless experience I've ever encountered. My car looks absolutely stunning, just like the day I drove it out of the showroom. My leased 2018 BMW X3 was hit while parked in Brooklyn. SUV ran into parked car behind my BMW, and pushed that car into my car, which then pushed my car into a car in front of mine. Major damage, car looked bad, sounded bad, and I was freaked out. Took it to BMW of Brooklyn as I did not want to risk dealing with a 3rd party repair, as this is a lease, and I have to turn it in 7 months. BMW of Brooklyn explained that they exclusively use Finish Line for all of their autobody work. They worked with Caesar at Finish Line, had my car towed same day to them. Caesar and his staff reached out within a day, told me about the whole process, assured me that they would take care of my car, worked with my schedule to make sure I could take delivery. Stayed in communication with me. They even offered to deliver my car back to me. Only had one real delay that lasted a few days where they needed to ship the car back to the dealership for some sensor configuration, but they took care of everything. I chose to go to the shop on delivery day and look over the car, found a small issue that they fixed within 5 minutes on the spot. After taking the car home, I noticed a few more small items that bugged me, called Caesar the next morning, he apologized, offered to pick the car up, I decided to just drive it over. They quickly took my car in, spent like 20 minutes on it, and its perfect now. Very easy to work with, very understanding, and a real pleasure, I'm especially glad they detailed it inside and out, car looks brand new, they even got rid of a few scratches and dings I had on the body. Feels like I have a new car again for the next 7 months of my lease. Truly a pleasure to deal with professionals. Oh and they took care of returning my enterprise rental too, just top notch. read more

They charge ton of $, didn't fixed what was supposed to be fixed. When I picked up the vehicle my navigation no longer worked, my Bluetooth didn't work, in addition, horrible stench of NOX gases are in the cabin basically making the vehicles useless. I am more than satisfied with the work they did. Caesar, the general manager is awesome. He helped me with the insurance claim and kept me up to date on the progress of the work being done. Impressive! After a recent accident with a BMW X5, a friend recommended to call Finish Line Collision because they did great work on his BMW, "you can't tell it was in an accident". Turns out he was right! Being an Allstate Pro shop was also a huge bonus as I didn't have to wait for an adjuster to look at the car, the work order started same day. The car was finished on time and looked amazing. New fender, door and paint work was spot-on! In all, my experience was very seamless. My review is long overdue. Let me start off by saying this is a very professional and courtesies and friendly place. Everyone I spoke to and did business with was very pleasant. Somebody hit my car with a shopping cart and it did a good deal of damage to my car. People will be surprise how much damage a shopping cart can do when it is hit by a car. I was recommended to this Collision and they help me from the time I made the first call to them. They arrange everything with the insurance company and I did not have any problem from the insurance company. They was very obliging to me and to the collision place. Most time you go to different places and they give you and the collision place a very difficult time. I had two different insurance companies handling my case and they both said that this collision place was very obliging. They did an excellent job, my car look better than when I purchase it from the dealer, I am so happy I was recommended here, I would recommend this Collision to everyone, They do not take short cuts like other collision places they do everything perfect, from the time I called them they arrange the rent a car and the appointment for the adjuster to come and inspect the vehicle to the time you pick up your vehicle from them, They was excellent from the beginning. First class service for an everyday car. I am sure they will be around for a long time because they know how to make customers happy and I see lots of people bringing their cars there, When i was there they had many people bringing their cars there and They comply with COVID regulations very well. I will keep this as my collision shop for my cars in the future, Thank you everyone at Finish Line. I cant thank you enough. read more

I have used finish line over the years and it's the BEST body shop in town! Great customer service , timely , and repairs.

So your car was in an accident, go to Finish Line Collision if you want to get ripped off. This place sucks really it sucks, the guy says he'll work with your deductible. Not True but to get your business he'll say he will. The receptionist is a bit$h on the phone but nice in person? When paying your deductible the policy is CASH ONLY that sounds fishy does the government know that? Give them a insurance co. check for $4000.00 + $500.00 deduct, they said thanks your car will be right out. I said can I have a receipt they give me a hand written one for $4000.00 nothing for the $500. deductible. Now pissed I ask for one for the deductible. Reluctantly they give me one. But wait now I ask for an itemized receipt the ins. co. requires? Wow the nerve of me. Dishonest bunch of clowns with the personalty of drift wood. My car leaked antifreeze the day after, my wife showed them they said impossible it must be runoff and they topped it off. The next day the hose was off! the mechanics didn't tighten the hoses what a joke of a organization. They fixed it but didn't whisper so much as even a little apology. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Finish Line Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE. read more

I will be referring this establishment to anyone who wants their vehicle in top shape and who wants efficiency! They were all very kind and easy to talk to. Was referred to Finish Line by a local car dealership. Cesare, the owner's nephew, was helpful, nice and professional. My car needed a new front bumper, body work to both front fenders, a large keyed scratch on the rear body panel and smaller scratches on the rear bumper and car hood. Cesare said that the work would be done in a few days, and that the smaller scratches would be wet sanded to improve their appearance. After picking up the car, upon initial inspection all appeared OK. A few days later I noticed that the plastic trim on the front left fender popped off. Also, upon closer inspection, noticed that the wet sanding was not done and the rear bumper wasn't touched up. Then, the left turn signal stopped working. Called and was asked to bring the car in to clear up the issues. The body shop took care of all the problems except the wet sanding was never done, therefore, the mediocre review since I feel that the body work isn't complete. read more

I am disappointed to say the least. I now am going through BMW because I refuse to send my car back to this shop. I will never recommend.
