I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! He also pointed out two other defects from prior jobs including covering up VIN number and not sealing.windshield properly. I strongly recommend this place for their service, speed, parking, reception, lavatory and wait area. I decided to use the car in February 2026 and I found the passenger front seat wet and upon further inspection I saw white mold on the front and rear passenger side floor mats and when I inspected the back passenger floor mat it was soaking wet. That told me that the replacement front windshield was not installed properly in November, 2025. This is a shame that because my job was poorly done since I never had any water damage in my 2020 Honda Civic until I used Safelite to replace the cracked windshield. Be careful people because my car was water logged from the poor installation.

There is a complete lack of communication between Hyundai and this "company" . No fault of the consumer. No business cards at the dealership. No information whatsoever. Or being brushed aside while talking to the "tech". Yes. Camera fixed. But software is crap. Place smells like you are in a box sanitizer wipes. Dirty.
