My in-laws brought their car to this shop in March and we still don't have our car back 8 months later. Vinny has been insanely unprofessional and unhelpful. He keeps blaming the delay on lack of parts but happily already took the money from their insurance company so we can't take it to another auto body shop. They've been paying their lease while he's holding their car and he has the audacity to ask for A STORAGE FEE. They did an amazing job fixing my bronco. Yeah NO! My 74 year old mother brought her car there and it almost took two weeks to get it back. I thought an estimate and a date was a contract. Yes I can understand it might be harder to get an older part, but really! He takes on too many cars to get them done on time. Then excuses come after hours or by his father. He allowed me to see the car while they finished it but it was dirty so I couldn't see if the repairs were done 100% correctly. I have had collision work done and the car came out looking brand spanking new! I will be 100% honest he took a little money off the bill, but he should have had all his workers working on the car to get it CLOSE to time. I know because I watched all the workers. He did try to help. But there were too many excuses to deliver it on time. Like I said an estimate is a contact and it needs to be taken seriously. read more

I just picked up my car which they had for 5 weeks and havent even touched for a job he said would take 2 days!!! I'll take my business elsewhere they dont deserve to make a penny of my hard earned money!!! I wouldve respected Vinnie more if he wouldve rejected the job & told me he was backed up! The paint job was done and it was decent, how ever the time for it be done was unacceptable. one week the car was on their lot, when I was advised it would take no more then two days and when I did call about the car I was given a horrible excuse as to why it wasn't done on time. ---I have several other scratches that I wanted to take care of but after that experience they won't be seeing me again. read more

My car was parked and hit by a garbage truck. Someone suggested Pace and my car was towed there. Not even 10 days later, it was fixed. This was the BEST experience I have EVER had with a body shop. The work was impeccable, my car was beautifully detailed, and the staff is nothing short of totally professional. Shortly after I had my car back, I noticed something was not right with turn signals. Pace took it back and fixed it in less than 24 hours. I've had some real nightmares with body shops. It's really good to know that there are still professional, dedicated shops out there. If I ever need a body shop again, ( I hope I don't!) it's going to be Pace. read more

If I could give no stars for this review I would. Vinnie is a piece of work! He is so rude and disrespectful. Save your self the head ache and aggravation. Vinnie is a liar, every time I called he had a different story for why the car wasn't ready, anything from his mom being sick to being short handed to him working on the car himself. Bottom line he hung on to the car for a month when they assured us the work would take a week at most. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Worse experience! read more

AAAAAMAAAAZING!!! I had the misfortune of getting hit by a ride on lawn mower recently (long story no one needs to know) that wrecked my front quarter panel, fog light, bumper and rim and Pace took care of everything beautifully! My car looked brand new when I got it back! They did a fantastic detailing job after they did all of the body work. Well, sure enough not even 2 weeks later as Murphy's Law would have it, I got hit in the back bumper in the rain! Even though Vinny could not believe I was calling again, they did another amazing job. He remembered exactly who I was and even asked if me and my baby were ok. He also had enterprise pick me up at the shop to go get my rental. When I got back he helped me transfer all of my baby's stuff from one car to another. Didn't take long to get the car back either time! I hope I never have to see them again, for obviouse reasons, but if I do, I wouldn't call anyone else!!! read more
