Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I gave a 5-star review few years back when they detailed and tined my E92 M3 but today had a Mini Cooper F56 ceramic tinted; let's just say I couldn't be ecstatic with the result. Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED TO PERFECTION. This is a pro shop that has been established in New Hyde Park for 15 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend this to all. IFM is more than capable of all your auto upgrade needs. don't be fooled by other pop-up shops with promise of faster service and cheaper rates.

After reading all the glowing reviews, we went in with pretty high expectations -- and Kevin absolutely delivered. We tend to be really particular and did a lot of research before choosing where to go. Kevin stood out right away. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. He's super knowledgeable, skilled, and patient -- took the time to walk us through the entire process and answered all our (many!) questions with ease. What we really appreciated was how relaxed and friendly the experience was. Kevin is easy to talk to, responsive, and just a genuinely kind person. We actually stuck around during both visits and ended up chatting about all sorts of things. Even though he runs everything solo, he manages it all gracefully without ever making us feel rushed. While we were there, we also saw him working on some high-end cars -- one of them was in for a second ceramic job, which speaks volumes about the level of trust his clients have in him. Bottom line: Kevin does outstanding work, and we're so glad we found him. We'll definitely be back with our next car!
