I asked for a simple quote on a front bumper paint and install and he immediately asked how much did other shops quote you? After a small accident, this body shop has had my car for over 2 weeks. It was only supposed to be one week to begin with. Car was ready after one week and went to pick it up. Body work looked good, and paint looked good. However my car has keyless access, and upon picking it my key wasn't working and there were other minor electrical problems that weren't a problem before. They said they wanted to keep the vehicle for some time to have it repaired. I got a phone call a half a week later that my door handle is broken and they were gonna fix it. I went to pick up my car for the second time. Key works now. But my vsa light is on, and my steering wheel that auto adjusts now only works in one direction and is making noise. Sounds like a motor is broken inside. Now after going to a dealer to have it checked out because they told me to, to get an idea on pricing and what needs to actually be fixed, they want to fight responsibility. Sadly I've had to go there 3 times in 2015 because apparently my car is invincible and people keep hitting me but I digress. Great service! Friendly staff. Never a problem. They keep in touch with you to let you know what's up with your car, if there's gonna be a delay or anything (which was once and it was a part on order but they called and let me know and gave me an estimate on how long for the full work) There are some shady people out there but I don't trust my cars to anybody else, this is always who I recommend to people and they always do a great job on my car. For someone whose been in business since 1995, you have 11 comments sir, 2 of which says your business is a scam and I'm sure there are more who just aren't on yelp. SECOND, I hate to burst your perfect business bubble but unfortunately the two "men" that were at this facility never gave me their names all they did was insist about going through insurance. THIRD, as I stated in the initial review, I was quoted $2,000. Whoever I spoke to said they have to take everything apart to make sure they was no damage inside which is why the cost would be so high and as to why he preferred to go through insurance. I'm confused as to how you are so certain of the service I received when you were not there. A few years ago, I brought my car here (by recommendation) after a bad front end accident and all I can say is they did a fantastic job, my car looked and rode like brand new! The only thing I didn't appreciate was that they placed their logo license plate frame on the back. 1 year later, my car was vandalized 2x & I brought it to two different auto repair shops, both were upon recommendations and both times I have regretted it. In my humble opinion this place is a ZERO! They will do more damage to your car than you originally bring it for. I know this because they did it to my car. The work they do is pretty shoddy, the paint has peeled off after just two years and it's cracking in other areas. Brought my car for a slight door damage that only affected front quater panel and driver door. They did a lot of additional damage to the front bumper, back door and rear quarter panel. I had two estimates on the repairs for 2-3k but these fine gentlemen hussle the insurance company for almost $8000 read more
