I cannot recommend Boris and the team at collision concepts more. I brought my car in after getting t-boned and from start to finish they treated me right. Two weeks later when I got my car back it looked as good as new and the interior was a clean as a whistle. I hope to never get into another accident but if I do, I know where to go. Thanks again, Boris! read more

Predatory towing at its worst. This company towed a clearly marked handicap vehicle from the Sunoco Gas Station parking lot near JFK without any consideration or common sense. The handicap placard and registration were visible, yet the towing company still removed the vehicle. Whether the tow was technically authorized or not, there should have been more care and discretion when dealing with a vehicle that was obviously used by a person with disabilities. This was obviously predatory and more focused on collecting fees than treating people fairly. read more

Walked in for a quote since this shop is close to where I live and a rude man sitting down in the office didn't even get up to greet or look me in the eye. I asked for a simple quote on a front bumper paint and install and he immediately asked how much did other shops quote you? I told him the ball park range of other quotes and he immediately said NO, NEVER. Fix the way you talk to people if you want to stay in business read more

They don't even deserve a star. They have very poor customer service and they are scammers do not bring your car to them unless you're okay with being without your car for weeks!!! read more

I LOVE this company. Unfortunately I has two accidents and have used Collision Concepts twice. Both times I have found the owners to be amazing people. Kind, courteous, customer service was wonderful. They went above and beyond for me. I was guided throughout the process beautifully. From dropping off my surburban to calling insurance to renting a car to picking up my truck. They kept me updated with every step. SMOOTH. Thank you both so very much. I will always use this company for all my truck needs. read more

After a small accident, this body shop has had my car for over 2 weeks. It was only supposed to be one week to begin with. Car was ready after one week and went to pick it up. Body work looked good, and paint looked good. However my car has keyless access, and upon picking it my key wasn't working and there were other minor electrical problems that weren't a problem before. They said they wanted to keep the vehicle for some time to have it repaired. I got a phone call a half a week later that my door handle is broken and they were gonna fix it. I went to pick up my car for the second time. Key works now. But my vsa light is on, and my steering wheel that auto adjusts now only works in one direction and is making noise. Sounds like a motor is broken inside. Now after going to a dealer to have it checked out because they told me to, to get an idea on pricing and what needs to actually be fixed, they want to fight responsibility. I was even told on the phone "we will see what the judge has to say about it" Crazy experience all for some body work on the front right door and rear door and rear quarter panel read more

If your car is ever in need of body work, GO HERE! I am grateful & very pleased with the service, courtesy & final result. Aside from the actual repair work, my car looks even better than before, clean inside & out. I hope I'll never have another experience that lead me here in the first place but if I do, Collision Concepts will be the place that I'll return to. Thank you Sal & company!!! read more

My car was hit with some body damage and mechanical issues. Geovanni was professional and great with communication from the start. In around 2 weeks I got my car back looking almost new! read more

Do not ever come here. Unless, of course, if you like auto insurance fraud. These stand up acts take your car and then worsen the condition of whatever accident the car was involved in in an effort to claim a maximum on your auto insurance policy. How do I know this? Well, let's just say I've had more than enough experience with them to know what these clowns do. Stay away! read more

This place provides exceptional service. Had some work done on my car and my car looks better than when I purchased it initially. Giovanni is the best, service was fast and he kept me informed about the progress of the work on my vehicle. I had my car back within a few days. He was very helpful and went above and beyond, I am extremely happy. I would definitely recommend and reuse the services provided by this auto repair shop. They also have a lifetime guarantee on their work so that's also a good thing. read more

Sal was very professional and patient; he arranged a rental pick up for me and even got my car done way ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this body shop --- wonderful work! read more

Sadly I've had to go there 3 times in 2015 because apparently my car is invincible and people keep hitting me but I digress. Great service! Friendly staff. Never a problem. They keep in touch with you to let you know what's up with your car, if there's gonna be a delay or anything (which was once and it was a part on order but they called and let me know and gave me an estimate on how long for the full work) There are some shady people out there but I don't trust my cars to anybody else, this is always who I recommend to people and they always do a great job on my car. Any questions or concerns they will speak to you and hear you out (not that you'll really have any) and they have a quick turnover. read more

One of the best body shops in Long Island they do the work right and they are very honest and considerate with the customers plus they work fast to get your car back to you in the condition it was before and accident I love the fact they have the car detailed before they return it to you!Ask for my man Sal! read more

Carlos took great care of me and the job was done extremely well. I would highly recommend this spot. Really nice waiting area too...

No sir you are a scam with this pointless ass comment! Reading is fundamental and everything you said was completely pointless. FIRST OF ALL, what does you being in business since 1995 have to do with men at your facility asking for insurance information for a minor scuff. For someone whose been in business since 1995, you have 11 comments sir, 2 of which says your business is a scam and I'm sure there are more who just aren't on yelp. SECOND, I hate to burst your perfect business bubble but unfortunately the two "men" that were at this facility never gave me their names all they did was insist about going through insurance. THIRD, as I stated in the initial review, I was quoted $2,000. Whoever I spoke to said they have to take everything apart to make sure they was no damage inside which is why the cost would be so high and as to why he preferred to go through insurance. I'm confused as to how you are so certain of the service I received when you were not there. You are not even trying to rectify the situation instead you are deflecting talking about some damn business cards. Your business is scam. You guys thought you can take advantage because I'm a young female, well sorry wrong one! Once again people shop around! Do not go here! read more

A few years ago, I brought my car here (by recommendation) after a bad front end accident and all I can say is they did a fantastic job, my car looked and rode like brand new! The only thing I didn't appreciate was that they placed their logo license plate frame on the back. 1 year later, my car was vandalized 2x & I brought it to two different auto repair shops, both were upon recommendations and both times I have regretted it. If the need should arise again (hopefully not) I will return to Collision Concepts, their work is outstanding. read more

Giovanni and crew are a god send! I had an accident coming out of my driveway, in which my front bumper half way came off! Went to collision concepts on a whim, and am throughly satisfied with the result. Very qualified, professional body shop with very detailed, attentive and honest personnel. My car came out beautiful. read more

Hello. My name is Jack & I would like to thank Mr. Gieovani for doing an incredibly amazing repair job on my car after being involved in an accident. It took only 1 phone call to set up my towing issue and repair. Collison Concepts II are very professional, organized staff with great hands! I am very pleased with the results of my vehicle! Thank you Mr. Gieovani. Best of luck. read more

In my humble opinion this place is a ZERO! They will do more damage to your car than you originally bring it for. I know this because they did it to my car. The work they do is pretty shoddy, the paint has peeled off after just two years and it's cracking in other areas. Brought my car for a slight door damage that only affected front quater panel and driver door. They did a lot of additional damage to the front bumper, back door and rear quarter panel. I had two estimates on the repairs for 2-3k but these fine gentlemen hussle the insurance company for almost $8000 read more
